  1. The longer he waits the less he will make. This is a dangerous game to play as free agency wears on.
  2. If he remains clean you're looking at potentially having 2 elite WRs for cheap. When we currently don't have a legitimate #2 opposite of Sammy. We need to atleast try to get him if reinstated. Browns are clearly moving on as they should. Some team stands a chance at making the rest of the NFL feel regret. I'd give him a better chance at staying clean then Martavis Bryant, simply because Gordon's further along in the process of recovery, older and let's hope wiser. These are the types of chances winning teams take.
  3. Haha, he has magically become the starter plenty of times. I guess your right, cosmically speaking it'd be a risk.
  4. I am not opposed to this. Possibly help Tyrod in the QB room, he's mobile enough to keep a similar game plan. Soft spot for Fitz and if it made financial sense you can't find a better mentor.
  5. Grew up just outside Syracuse (Baldwinsville) and was passed down fanhood from my grandfather during the Super Bowl years. I just remember I could feel his excitement and passion for this team. It meant everything to me that he wanted to share this moment... Came over with candy and Bills hoodies. We were pumped!! He left in the 3rd quarter. Now I spread the sadness to the younger generation. Maybe this year?! Go Bills!
  6. If you want a laugh check out the old SCTV videos Great one was half wits. Youtube it. You will love it Will do!
  7. Interested? Will this prove as competition for Z.Brown being the #1 LB commodity available?
  8. Temptation exists everywhere. Atleast Buffalo is small and could provide a better support system. He can't get lost in the shuffle here.
  9. I agree that there's been so much back and forth that it's gotten frustrating for us fans who follow the Bills so closely. He did fired his agent, hence the 2nd meeting with us. His buddy is doing him no favors live tweeting every fart the dude squeaks out. I don't know that I'd pull the offer but I understand where you are coming from. As devils advocate, I can see where he is coming from too. Best year he had was last year and a football players career could end in 1 play, so I'd want to bank on a big contract too. He's just not going about it as professional as I'd like to see. Still interested in seeing how this shakes out.
  10. God I loved those skits. One of my favorites was when (Norm from Cheers, idk the actors name) was tiptoeing a line on the street as he adorned a Bears/Chargers jersey he combined with the glue like strength of Nacho Cheese. This was when Ditka left Chicago and he was lost in the transition. Too funny... SNL has really fallen off the map. I've been trying to give it another chance but damn.
  11. A shame, shame.. slap on the hand? Would it effect negotiations with Oakland and Miami? Maybe forcing Miami to pay more? I guess I'm unsure what use it'd be at this time. Can you elaborate a bit Water?
  12. In a draft where not 1 QB has been considered franchise quality? Uhhh, nvm man. Keep beating the horse.
  13. Well Spring Breakers was such a smashing success.. Idk who wouldn't be into her. Best actress of our lifetime.
  14. Oh it did... but the Me, My, Mine posters still want to drop what they feel is news first. Annoying there, annoying here. Seems to be unavoidable.
  15. I was as big a critic as it came to the MOD's at BBMB. But I think TBD is starting to see why it turned into a Dictatorship over there. Cut the ISH, the thread count over here is Egyptian... and I'm NOT comfortable.
  16. Is Revis considering a switch to Safety? I'd think about it then for the right price. I'd still be willing to bet the Bills bring back Byrd after the draft takes place.
  17. I can see what Chan's getting at. Right now the biggest thing working for Holmes is opportunity. Which will be even bigger when Sammy has an ouchy.
  18. My Dad sells carpets... yet I am not a Dyson.
  19. We drafted Goodwin in the third, we're starved for WR. Doubt we'd find as impactful of a player at this position in this years draft. So yeah, if it took a 3rd, I'd do it too.
  20. Agreed. Counting down the days til this draft.
  21. Over this saga being played out on social media. I understand that this is now a factor in negotiations but it's left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't want him. Hope he goes to Oakland though, kid can play and that is indisputable.
  22. Josh Gordon has the talent to be our #1 WR.. Even if Sammy IS healthy. It's not often a player of his caliber is available and from what we've seen/heard, he is in shape and motivated to play. If I were the Bills Brass, after losing Woods and Goodwin, I'd make this a priority. We've whiffed on so many picks that I could care less what we have to sacrifice to make this happen. IF ( and I understand this is a BIG If) he comes back to the caliber of WR we saw when he led the league, we won't have to panic when deciding whether we should keep Sammy when his contract runs out. Asked to choose between a healthy Gordon or Sammy (healthy of mind and body). I'd choose Gordon all day. IMO, doing whatever we need to do to get him is a necessity.
  23. Staying on the field, healthy and running more of a route tree.He will never be the type of receiver that fights for the ball, I think even he knows his body isn't built for it. For his sake I hope his workout program this summer, along with diet, is centered on football..
  24. Goodwin was really starting to look like a pro out there, made some great grabs and obviously the ability to take the top off the offense paid dividends, just not nearly enough. If he stays healthy in San Fran, he could really take the next step as a WR. More likely he will be stepping into the training room concussed or broken within the first 3 weeks of the season. I'm glad we didn't over pay for both Robert and Marquise, baffled why other teams have the contracts they did.
