  1. OP I see you started this thread late last night. Was Whiskey involved? I ask not because I disagree. This just seems uncharacteristically fiery for you.
  2. I loved Joe B's breakdown of this play and setting up this play with Davis in the All-22 analysis in The Athletic. Can we please keep Davis on the field?
  3. I think that's a pretty awesome idea in support of one of the beating hearts of this team.
  4. If (and yes, this is a big if) we beat the Pats convincingly and national pundits focus on this absence (along with likely others based on the way Covid works) I'm gonna be irritated considering I don't think I heard anything from anyone outside of Buffalo fans when we lost to the Colts without Star, Spencer Brown, Mongo, and Edmunds. Plus we're now missing one of the 3 best players on our team for the rest of the season. Don't feel bad for the Pats at all. This isn't an asterisk game. Buffalo needs to put up or shut up, though.
  5. Get Star and Spencer Brown back. Focus on stopping the run and continuing to revitalize our run game. Allen will be able to throw in inclement weather better than Mac Jones. We'll still have that advantage.
  6. No one and everyone. We can blow anyone out and we can get blown out by anyone. We might be the most inconsistent team in the NFL at this point.
  7. Wednesday? Really? I thought they would have used the extra time off to at least add another practice on Tuesday.
  8. I honestly don't care about the home field advantage. I really do believe Allen on the whole plays a little better on the road. I think he thrives off adversity. It goes along with his whole mentality of not really feeling like he's fully into the game until he gets hit once. However, what I really do think matters is the bye. Only one team gets that and home field advantage comes with it. So yes please to home field advantage. And now that AJ Brown is on IR along with Henry, I can't believe I'll root for the Patriots on Sunday... maybe...
  9. It's Knox's development that has me most excited this season. This season he's probably one of the 10 best TEs in the NFL. Lock him up long term. Get Diggs his extension. Lock Davis up the moment we're able to. If we're able to keep those 3 weapons long term for Allen I think the story of Allen and the Bills long term will be very, very good.
  10. Key question: Do we get Star and Spencer Brown back? Both are critically important
  11. We all hope Dane is great, but losing White hurts a lot.
  12. Let's not underestimate how devastating this is but also not pretend everything is doom and gloom. There's only one player on this team where we lose him and playoff and Super Bowl hopes are over. You don't have to be a Homer to acknowledge that's Josh Allen. However... I absolutely acknowledge White is the 2nd or 3rd most player on this team. Diggs is his only competition. But we do have a head coach who's a defensive coach who thrives off zone defenses and kinda helped make Josh Norman an All Pro in Carolina. I think we're in some trouble with White out, but hopefully getting Star and Brown back helps offset that a little. Our safeties are still the best tandem in the NFL and as much as a lot of us (including me) rag on Edmunds, you can just see the impact he has on the passing game. Anticipate lots of zone coverage moving forward. Get well Tre!
  13. Can't wait for Mongo and Williams to come back, but Allen looked good against a VERY good defense tonight! One bad interception. One that really wasn't his fault. But we consistently moved the ball with relative ease against a top 10 defense. Loving what we did with Breida... hope Moss stays inactive. 0
  14. Happy Thanksgiving and Aloha everyone! A big Mahalo for this game kicking off at 3:20 Hawaiian time!
  15. Against Darius Leanard... good stuff.
  16. Just about everyone is coming around to the "Moss sucks" boat. I'm exaggerating of course... he doesn't absolutely suck, but he's not remotely worthy of being a featured back and probably shouldn't be part of any 1-2 punch." https://theathletic.com/2975761/2021/11/24/will-the-bills-make-zack-moss-a-healthy-scratch-5-thoughts-and-a-prediction-for-the-thanksgiving-game/ 3. Why a Zack Moss healthy scratch makes sense this week The Bills saw a significant boost to their rushing game last week when Matt Breida was on the field. His strengths as a runner and the strengths of the offensive line mesh well, and the Bills are at the point of the season where they can’t ignore production. The most important factor is that Breida has done enough to deserve more opportunities on offense. However, something has to give from a game-day roster standpoint. If Breida is taking more snaps on offense, the Bills should lighten his load as a special-teams player, where he played on 77 percent of core-four special-teams units. Those special-teams snaps likely aren’t going to second-year runner Zack Moss, who hasn’t taken a core-four snap the entire season. Considering Moss’ lack of special-teams ability, his current struggles with decisiveness as a rusher and the Saints’ stout run defense between the tackles, making Moss a healthy scratch this week makes a lot of sense. It wouldn’t be completely giving up on Moss, but the Bills are past the point of waiting for production and need to maximize the running game. They’ve found some success with the pin-and-pull blocking that suits Breida and Devin Singletary more than Moss. If Moss is a healthy scratch, he’ll likely get another opportunity in the not-so-distant future. Man I hope Daboll and McDermott agree
  17. Ummm... how about just getting Mongo and Brown back?
  18. I didn't understand the TBA designation... why was that there?
