  1. Absolutely loved seeing that. Team really cares from coaches down to players
  2. Ummmm... so what would you call Allen’s performance today, then? Just give us a grade: A, B, C, D, or F
  3. Who are you referring to?? I wrote the OP. I wrote my thoughts of the Fins performance. Please direct our attention to anywhere I used the words you said I used as it relates to the Miami game.
  4. Still think that was a catch. 2 feet down with control before the ball is stripped. Couldn't believe it wasn't even talked about on the broadcast, much less challenged.
  5. Step back? How so? We lost. That sucks. That's despite a Herculean effort by Josh.
  6. Man... what a heartbreaker. I understand the final score, but does anyone really feel Miami was the better team today? Play that game anywhere other than a field with a heat index of 100 degrees and Buffalo wins that 9/10 times even with the backups we started the game with. Can't believe Bass missed that FG. Can't believe McDermott didn't challenge that Davis catch in the EZ... thought it was pretty clear he controlled it. Yet, despite all the heat and injuries and heat related injuries, Josh still nearly pulled it off. We need to actually start winning these close ones...
  7. I'm bummed for Hyde, but I'm also really excited at the notion of seeing Johnson. He's just always done good things when he's gotten on the field.
  8. I mean... Josh's own worst enemies might be himself and his Defense. 327 yards of total offense with no turnovers and 4 TDs in an absolutely dominant performance where he doesn't even play most of the 2nd half. Throw in the trademark of leaping over a defender for a 1st down. Dude's just amazing.
  9. Mckenzie or Shakir in fantasy in place of Davis... what do you guys think?
  10. Still have him for fantasy but picked up McKenzie just in case. I think Davis starts though
  11. Bwahahaha!!! I saw someone agreed with you and discovered it's @Gene1973 Are you really just trying to cut off your nose to spite your face at this point? You like Josh as evident by your posting history. I like Josh as evident by my posting history. Stop trying to be an idiot in this thread contradicting your own likes and dislikes simply because you dislike me. I've said this time and again but I'll say it again. You should ignore me since you clearly can't help yourself. Since you're obviously an attention hog, why don't you go start a thread with a poll asking: "would you like to see Josh Allen win league MVP?" That's it. If more people vote no than yes I'll shut this thread down just so we can all make sure you continue to get all that message board attention (you feel) you deserve.
  12. We're talking about Zach Moss here. You must be thinking of Randy.
  13. I don't know. The time I was most scared he would be injured was when he stayed in the pocket and got sacked by Aaron Donald and was inches away from having his head bounced off the turf. That was a stroke of luck he didn't get a concussion and it wasn't a running play. I'm really not the biggest fan of designed runs for Josh Allen... never have been. I want him to scramble at will, though. That said, I think this has been covered often, but QBs are probably more susceptible to serious injury in the pocket. I'm relatively comfortable with Josh Allen seeking contact beyond the LOS. I think the opposing secondary has more reason to fear injury.
  14. Yikes. That's what bothers you now? Sorry. I'll remove it. Thanks for the free rent by the way
  15. Since they started these Thursday NFL season opening games with the Super Bowl winner hosting no challenger has blown out the defending Super Bowl champion like the Buffalo Bills did yesterday. Just because you don't think it can happen (or don't want it to... ?) doesn't mean it can't. Also, do you just say stuff expecting people to believe what you say is true? Brett Favre Steve Young Joe Montana Kurt Warner All were QBs who won the NFL MVP AND the Super Bowl Do you enjoy talking out of your butt? Lemme guess... now you'll try to pivot and say you meant something else... ?
  16. Love seeing guys like Monson do a complete 180 on Allen over the last few years Why are you trying so hard?
  17. You talking the 1 pick that was his fault? He had 4 TDs and 2 turnovers along with 350+ yards of offense, over 80% completion % and nearly 10 YPA.... and today looked like a day where the ball wasn't exactly bouncing our way. Is this really the narrative you're sticking with again? I would almost call this a "shake-the-rust-off" game and he wound up having a spectacular 2nd half after doing that
  18. (Ongoing weekly thread. Go to pg 54+ EOY & week 18 talk) Dominant game despite 2 interceptions, 1 of which wasn't his fault. Entire 1st half I was honestly wondering why Buffalo wouldn't take any shots downfield. Then we took 2 in the 2nd half and connected on both. Can't complain about that. So in the end... on a national stage against the defending Super Bowl Champs (and Aaron Donald and Mr "I'm not here to blow smoke" who GOT smoked): 83.9% completion % 9.6 YPA 353 yards of offense 4 TDs 2 TOs Not too bad... https://twitter.com/ColinCowherd/status/1568067127516745730?t=Q5I3rLrIu4GY5BijeR6N6Q&s=19
