  1. 9 kids is rare yes, but catholic/Christian families with more kids than "normal" is very common. At the end of the day, for as many woman that want to have full time careers and be strong independent woman, there's probably just as many that wish they were home with their kids verses being at work 40 hrs a week. I have no issue with either, and have no issue with anyone encouraging either lifestyle.
  2. I have zero issue with anything he said. I have catholic friends who have 9 kids while the wife is a stay at home mom and the dad works to support the family. This isn't terribly uncommon with Catholics. 2nd, he never said woman have to be home makers. The first thing he said was how many of them will have amazing careers, promotions etc. I can't believe we live in a world where celebrating the nuclear family is negative. I don't expect every woman to be stay at home moms and cook and clean all day, but my wife would kill for that opportunity. We both work full time and raise our family, but if she had the choice, she'd absolutely be at home. That doesn't mean all woman want that, but alot do. The fact that people are outraged over this really blows my mind
  3. People are hating on these Christmas games, personally I love it. My family does NOTHING on Christmas day. It's honestly one of the most boring days of the year for me. I'm actually excited I'll get to watch games on Christmas day. I totally understand why some would hate it, but I guess I'm in the minority here.
  4. Yay another primetime game in arrowhead 🤮
  5. I vividly remember watching Jordan and the bulls on Sundays, and every other day they played really. The bulls in the playoffs back then was magic. Bulls and knicks was a amazing rivalry, especially during playoffs
  6. It's gonna keep getting worse Imo. I heard something the other day about Netflix getting in on nfl streaming. If the nfl had it's way, we'd probably have to pay every week to watch games 🙄
  7. I think Coleman ends up being everything Gabe wasn't. I think he'll be much better than people thought he'd be. I absolutely loved him at the combine, and I honestly don't care where he was drafted or how fast he is or isn't. If we've learned anything over the years, some of the best wr's are late round picks. I don't know if he'll end up being a true number 1 receiver, but I bet over time, he becomes invaluable to the bills offense
  8. Hey if Allen can handle Diggs, he can handle claypool 😉
  9. I still think there's more to the Diggs story than we were told. I just don't buy that Diggs just decided to be a diva and ask to be traded. Him and Josh were bff's up until last summer. Something happened between them that caused a riff, whether it was football related or something off field. I don't think Diggs out right quit on the team.
  10. He has tre white kind of personality. Hopefully the talent to
  11. Offensively, I don't think we see a big change. Diggs and Davis were complete non factors at the end of last season. We "might" actually be better on offense this year. I coukd see a drop on defense, but don't really care honestly. Defense does not win championships anymore. I want a good defense, but I want a better offense
  12. This is gonna be our 2nd wr, if not that, prob a db
  13. Thinking they get a center in the 3rd, then maybe another wr in the 4th, then probably 5 safety/db's in the 5th 😅
  14. I didn't realize who this was at first. This is the dude that ran the gauntlet at the combine perfectly. K, I'm a little excited now. Dude looks like he has awesome hands
  15. Don't know a ton about the pick, but in beane I trust
  16. At least these picks are going quickly
  17. If I didn't have to be up at 5am for work, I'd love to do the same
  18. I'm gonna go to bed. The draft is the most over rated nfl event Imo. If the bills move up, maybe I'll see their pick. Otherwise I'll find out in the morning
  19. My thoughts exactly. Beane is sneaky. Member when it came out that the bills were all in on Darnold? Or was it Rosen? Whatever, u get it
  20. Off topic, but it'd be nice if they did a 12 month subscription for Sunday ticket. $400 / 12 months is $33 per month. I'd be much more willing to do that than shell out $400 all at once. I was able to get the student discount with my nephew last season, and hopefully I can again this season, but options would be nice
  21. I assume Josh will speak to the media at some point this week. Curious what he says about the Diggs trade, doubt we'll get a full honest answer though
  22. Couple things - I've never heard about Mahomes off season workouts. I know he has 2 rings, but still never heard about them. I'd honestly be a bit surprised if Allen didn't have some kind of off season workouts with the new guys that have been brought in. Not just the wr's, but we have a new center too, which is a pretty important position for Allen to succeed I thought in the first half of last season, Allen was forcing the ball to diggs too much. Obviously Diggs had some really good numbers, so it wasn't necessarily bad, but I think about how both Diggs and Shakir, and maybe even Gabe, could've been more effective. Though, our 5-5 record isn't completely on the offense. The defense had some massive blunders (1st Patriots game)
  23. Didn't see the whole game, but saw the last drive. Pretty nice finish Been saying it for years now, but they have to change the rules for the UFL. I'd eliminate running completely and maybe even punts. Each team gets 4 downs, if they don't get a first, ball goes to the other team. They have to do something to make these games entertaining. At the very least, shorten the quarters. You can't expect these games to be anywhere near nfl level, yet they play with almost all the same rules.
