  1. Torbert is the ref tonight. I feel like that dude is gonna give kc so many breaks
  2. Right, and it's not working. I mean, if our defensive draft picks would've lived up to where they were drafted, maybe I'd feel different, but oliver, epenesa, elam, rossou (to some degree) have all been dissapointing. None of them have been difference makers. Von has been ok, but the last 2 seasons has gave us nothing, nowhere near what they paid for him. I give beane credit for getting some guys in late rounds (Milano, benford etc) but we need more. Just not sure I'm ready to draft and "develop" more defensive guys to be in the same position 3 years from now
  3. Yes, they need to go all in. Our d line draft picks have been a huge dissapointment. They need some game changers on defense and also need a true number 1 receiver, and then probably another solid receiver. Also, been saying it since we lost to kc, but they should hire an experienced DC. Someone that hasent been in the building the last 3 or 4 years. Although at this point, it's probably not possible. Whatever they've been doing the last 4 or 5 years obviously isn't working. It's only been good enough to get us to the divisional round (generally)
  4. Sitting here watching the Chiefs warm up is making me pissy. Should be the bills
  5. I've been telling my friends all week, that I gaurentee the refs won't throw flags all game, and then the final 2 or 3 mins, there will be 1 or 2 critical flags that will turn the game
  6. I believe this also, but has there really even been an improvement in defense?
  7. It took them this long to figure it out?
  8. Chicken wing dip. And I'm craving cheeseburgers for some reason
  9. Has to be defense, and it pains me to say that. We desperately need a number 1 receiver. Beane/McDermott have failed at developing this defense. Litterally the only position on defense Im confident in at this point is linebacker. Safety is a big question, d line is 🤮, corner backs are a B- at this point. It's actually kinda sad how this defense isn't way better than it is
  10. One of my bets will win me $2500 😅 highly unlikely to happen, but hey it'll keep me interested in the game
  11. I agree this is a lame superbowl, but the amount of time I've invested in this season, I'm not gonna skip the superbowl, as much as I don't care for either team 🤷
  12. Doing everything I can to make tomorrows game exciting. Made some ridiculous bets, but if I win, it'll be alot of money. I need Mahomes or hurts to catch a pass tomorrow night 😅 In all seriousness though, are we excited to watch this game? It is the last game until September 🤮
  13. Awful coach , however I remember Kyle Williams talking about him and how great of a person he was. Thought of him as almost a grandfather. Prayers to his family. Everything I've ever heard about him is how great of a person he was
  14. I'd be the same. If it was the bills playing, you couldn't pay me enough money to go anywhere except my house to watch it. I've watched bills games at other people's houses over the years and I hate it. I always go back and watch the game again the next day because I miss alot.
  15. Still angry honestly. And as much as I try not to think about it, I find myself thinking about it alot. I think about that final drive with 3 and a half mins left and how cook wasn't out there. I think about how much better that drive could've been and yet, the bills did nothing creative. Buffalo should be playing this Sunday, but the coaching staff failed us once again
  16. They must've had some kinda inkling prior to the award show. It's weird that Josh's parents would be there.
  17. Lots of butt hurt people on Twitter this morning that Lamar didn't get it. I had a suspicion Josh was gonna win it when I saw his parents sitting with him, and then they never showed Lamar once last night at the awards. I assume he wasn't even there
  18. Pretty awesome for him, and takes away the sting a little of not getting to the superbowl for us fans... A little
  19. I believe beane and McDermott are trying to win a superbowl, I just think it's time to change the philosophy a bit. It might be time to ditch the whole "trust the process" thing and start getting some big names.
  20. Thanks for the correction. Still wouldn't surprise me though if they're trying to increase betting world wide
  21. Wouldn't shock me if they're trying to make betting legal worldwide. I believe it's only legal to bet on nfl in the US, though I could be totally wrong about this
  22. It scares me when beane and McDermott talk about how even though they haven't won the superbowl they've been successful. It makes me think they'll just keep doing what they've been doing, which is signing mid tier guys and getting the most out of them and drafting guys to develop them. F all that. It's time to go all in. If this season proved anything, it's that they can lose alot of core players and still be competitive. So go all in, win a superbowl, and if the season after we lose some dudes, so be it
  23. I don't think Diggs getting open had anything to do with scheme. Him being as good as he was, had everything to do with how talented he was. No offensive coordinator has a scheme that keeps wr's covered. I mean do you think Shakir got open because Brady schemed him open, but not Coleman? 90% of it is just the receivers being talented
  24. Maybe heart breaking is to strong a word. How about just upsetting? I mean, if their last upsetting/heart breaking loss was 2018, that is just insane
