    For the production he's given us, he's WAY over paid. He's been hurt almost every year he's been here and pretty sure he was injured alot when he was in Miami. His production can easily be replaced with alot less money imo

    I remember his first year here. He was on a local radio show here in Rochester during training camp. He was funny, down to earth, charismatic etc. Then his second year, he was on the same show at camp and was an uptight prick. The hosts of the show even mentioned afterwards how he was a completely different person

    "the process" is a term used by coaches that sums up a team as a whole. It simply means this : "we currently suck and we're in the PROCESS of building a winning team". So everytime you hear "the process" or "trust the process" refer to the meaning I just referred to
