  1. I agree there needs to be some kind of limit or some form of measurement similar to alcohol. However, if I had to choose between riding with a drunk person or someone who was high, I'd choose the high person every time.
  2. I think it was John Murphy, maybe Chris brown that made the point on the radio last week that Dareus had the best possible mentor in Kyle Williams. If Dareus still couldn't/wouldn't change after all those years under Kyle Williams, he never will. I think it's a great point
  3. Unfortunately I can't really take it easy as I work outside and I'm constantly walking or lifting. Hoping this passes quick, but it feels like lightning downtye back of my leg
  4. It's no joke. I see why football players with hamstring injuries are so hampered. Don't know what I did, but it is taking forever to heal. I tried doing stretches that supposedly help, but it actually made it worse and was making my leg numb. Only thing that has helped is 2 Bayer back and body pills.
  5. Saw jurassic world today. I didn't hate it but I also didn't love it. The last one was alot better Imo.
  6. Back in 2010 or 2011, I wanted the bills to draft Tyrod Taylor. I was quite excited when we signed him in 2015, my expectations for him were unfounded.
  7. I hope Fitzy plays stellar the first 3 games and gets named starter and leads them to the playoffs. I've always loved Fitz, as many bills fans still do, and hope for his sake he can get into the playoffs before retirement
  8. I don't think I'd go as far to say I prefer winter to this, but fall definitely. I do not understand the people that love this weather. The only thing that would make it somewhat enjoyable is a nice big in ground pool to come home to. Even then I don't know if it's worth it
  9. Just my personal theory, but beane and McDermott are probably hoping Peterman is the starter come opening day. If he plays half way decent for the season, they can use him as trade bait. We got a 3rd for Tyrod. If we got a 3rd for Peterman that would be a huge win for beane. On the other hand if Peterman is the next Brady, then you could potentially trade Allen for a 1st or maybe more. That last scenario is incredibly unlikely, but stranger things have happened
  10. I read this comment before I clicked the link, then I clicked the link and knew exactly what u meant lol
  11. The True value stores around me (rochester) all went out of buisness. The product selection there was terrible. Everytime I went in there I felt like all they ever had was the bare minimum. Plus if I remember correctly the prices were pretty high. I appreciate small businesses and mom and pop type places, but sometimes big box stores makes alot of sense
  12. Are we talking about Tru value vs home depot? Home depot does sell good quality like cub cadet, but I understand your point
  13. I heard Tom Arnold on the radio a few years back and he was talking about how they were making a sequel to the original true lies with the original cast. Don't know whatever happened with that. Isnt there like 11 Jason movies already?
  14. I didn't read about it, but it's probably to pay extra security. I don't think the bills front office expects people to act any different over a 40 dollar difference
  15. I know this will sound crazy considering the Patriots were in the superbowl last year, but Imo Brady didn't look as good last year as previous years. He looked vulnerable and sluggish to some degree. Yes, they went to the superbowl, but mark my words, last year was the beggining of the end for the Brady era
  16. I remember when I was about 12 my grandpa, who fought in ww2 came and stayed with us for a week. He stayed with us during the week of d day. The history Channel was showing a special about. He was telling my mom all about it, but at the time I was 12 and was like whatever. I wish I had listened and payed attention. He saw alot of war and death.
  17. Worst mechanical issue was I had my transmission go as I was driving. Other worst problem was having my hood fly up and smash the windshield as I was going about 50mph. Myself and gf(at the time) had just left valvoline(no surprise there) and they didn't fully latch the hood. Definitely the most scary thing I've had happen while driving
  18. Serious question. Is there anyone here that wishes Tyrod was still our starting quarterback?
  19. Sorry I'm so late to the thread, but can you really "blow people away" in Ota's? I mean they're not even really legit practices
  20. Just finished watching this. What a crazy story. I do not remember this happening. I was 22 at the time, so I doubt I was paying any attention to national news stories. The documentary made Marjorie Diehl out to be mentally ill, which indeed she was. However they never mentioned her being a sociopath, which Imo is exactly what she was. If you haven't watched this yet, go watch it
  21. I've said many times here before, I have a special place in my heart for Peterman. Having said that, I want the best qb we have to start for the bills. There seems to be this thinking by bills fans/media that McCarron is the most likely starter, unless Allen is a true beast and wins the job. Either of those scenarios is fine. However, I remember a few years back when we signed Cassel and fans seemed to have high hopes for him. Many here (or the old bbmb) seemed to think he was gonna be the starter. Once camp and pre season started however, he didn't live up to the previous success he had with new England and Kansas city and was not good. I could see McCarron being the same type of player. I could also see allen not being ready and Peterman steals the starting job. So there you have it, McCarron sucks and Allen isn't ready. I don't think this is far out of the realm of possibility. I actually in some way see McDermott and beane hoping it plays out this way. If McCarron wins us 12 games this year and we go a few games into the playoffs, then we have a potential franchise qb while having a 1st round pick that we payed alot for, sitting. You could say the same about Peterman if he wins us 12 games too. At any rate, just a few thoughts I had on a boring Saturday night.
  22. My wife's family owns a big house on a lake in the Adirondacks. My wife goes every summer for 2 weeks. Some of her family spends a month and a half there. I can basically go whenever I want in the summer. It is the most BORING "vacation" I've ever had. I went 3 years in a row and never again. I would rather take a week off from work and sit at home and do nothing than drive 3 and a half hours to this place. Point is, technically this would be a vacation, but no thanks. To me, a vacation is somewhere tropical, or somewhere fancy like Paris or Ireland or somewhere you don't go frequently. I don't count Adirondack type places as vacation because you're not really getting away
  23. U havent been out of state since since March of 17? I haven't been out of state since November of 2015 and that was for my honeymoon. The last real vacation I had prior to that was a cruise in 2006. I've been to the thousand islands and other adorondack trips, but I don't know if that counts as a legit vacation.
  24. Not gonna pretend I'm a Dr or nfl player, but I'd honestly be surprised if it was cte. Linemen don't get the same kind of collisions players like wide receivers or other positions get. Again , I'm speaking out of ignorance, but just my opinion. I think it's either roid rage or some psychological issue
