On one of their blocked punts a few weeks ago (can't remember which team) they showed the replay from behind the punter. The guy who blocked the punt for the pats was hiding behind one of the linemen and when the ball was snapped he ran right up the middle totally unblocked. It was actually pretty genius. Even on the replay you couldn't see the Pats player until he was coming directly at the punter. I think their special teams play is simply desperation to help them win games

If he's not active tommorow, I'm willing to bet he is next week

I agree with the op, however if this team wants to make a statement in the playoffs, the offense has to be better. I don't know what they can do at this point to make the offense better, but it has to take a step if they wanna win a playoff game Imo

I'm super happy with the current regime at one bills drive, but I still want more from the offense. They're not a finished product yet. I'm excited (and cautiously optimistic) how good the offense can be if they add the right pieces. But to the op's point, yes it's been a long tike coming that. Bills fans deserve this

Two words : stevie Johnson This guy played on the practice squad and fans called for him to play. It was the same argument. Fans calling for Johnson to play and jauron never putting him on the field. Chan Gailey came in and he was a 1000 yard reciever for 3 years. Point is, this is why fans call for guys like Duke williams. I've never thought Duke was a 1000 yard reciever, but like I've argued before, he's a bigger target for the red zone and those short passes 10 yards down the sideline. At this point I'm all for it with mckenzie not being a huge factor in games
