You fail to understand that it doesn’t matter whether Harris claims she is running on being a black woman or not… What matters is that Joe Biden selected her because she was a woman of color, based on his own words… Ergo, she is a DEI hire in order to put more women of color in office… And according to the Democrats, there is nothing wrong with that, because it is their policy…So why try to run from it? You should be proud that DEI is working…👍 My personal opinion is that Dems are so upset about the term “DEI hire” because deep down they are smart enough realize that it essentially means you are not hiring the best person qualified for the job, but rather basing it on identity…👍

I never understood why Democrats are afraid of the term “DEI hire”, when it is one of their prized policies… When Joe Biden announced he was going to pick a black woman to be vice president, regardless of the qualifications of other candidates of different races and genders, that instantly made Harris a DEI hire… Had he not made that announcement, prior to the selection, he could have still chosen Harris, and people would have had less of an argument about it…But he felt their needed to be more women of color in that position… So shouldn’t Dems be proud of the policy they are pushing? Weird…👍
