I disagree as I have never seen Allen or any QB for that matter play better games in back to back playoff games. The Offense was not going to be challenged by the Cincy or the Rams IMO
I can only pray that Beane calls it out as our #1 team priority to McD this offseason. Who's in charge though when it's all said and done? Beane or McD?
They were utterly Dominated in the trenches on both sides.
If the Dline with so much investment can't do ***** against 2nd stringers at least give Allen and Co. a chance to dictate how the Opposing O will need to respond.
For me it's simple, get Allen a top 5 NFL Offensive line and the Bills on O will be unstoppable. Throw in another Solid WR and we are golden.
Seriously, enough of our High resources on defense. I hope most fans and TBD see this as well.
There are a lot of parallels to the early 2000's and forward to todays teams.
Peyton Manning
Tom Brady
Ben Roethlisberger
Phillip Rivers
Steve McNair
Figuring out who fits above from today QBs is tough though.
Josh Allen
Pat Mahomes
Justin Herbert
Joe Burrow
Trevor Lawrence
I see JA17 on the Big Ben side of it when all is said and done. I'd be very content with 2 SB wins in Buffalo.
If Case started this entire year the Bills are a 6 win team.
When you watch the O line protection for Mahomes and Burrow vs the Sh!t show Allen has in front of him it's pretty glaring what the problem is.
