  1. His career would be top10 all time to GODLIKE.
  2. Never heard or seen this until reading this article. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/index.ssf/2018/07/buffalo_bills_hof_rb_thurman_thomas_played_entire_career_with_partially_torn_acl.html Just truly insane how good he was. "Some news that Thomas shared on social media recently should have fans even more impressed with his career. It turns out that Thomas played his entire career on a partially torn ACL. When a fan asked how long Thomas played with the torn ACL, Thomas responded by saying he played the rest of his career with the injury. He'd later add that his ACL was about 85 percent torn."
  3. Voted: Moulds, Jackson and Williams What about Kyle Orton LOL
  4. A fat, slow RB is just what the Bills need.
  5. Spot on! This fits this thread and sums it up perfect.
  6. This thread is like a soap opera with insane hot takes.
  7. One of the few logical ones on here.
  8. Really hope Zay flips the switch this year and steps up into the Robert Woods role as a solid #2 guy.
  9. Let's see what Tyrod looks like without McCoy. Hyde is good and all but no Shady.
  10. The real reason: TT was never coach McD's guy. This staff gave TT a one year shot and did not like what they saw. More of Rex's leftovers out the door. What the final OC count get to with TT as QB?
  11. Nahh, still love the Celtics. Just cannot stand the Pats and Bruins.
  12. For me it was easily Snow Bowl as well. I still remember all the whiners on the gameday thread how the game sucked. LMAO Watch him throw snow on the ball before spiked LOL
  13. I have people from my work out in Albany trying to get me to bring them to games the last couples years as they want to experience this so called craziness or "Bills Mafia" from this die hard fan base. These are fans from teams all around the league. I'm not saying it's right but it def says something. There is appreciation out there for our die hard nutty fan base.
  14. This post is spot on. All the back and forth drama on who to take and how much to trade up for our QB the last month here kept me off the boards. Now people preferences have completely clouded their mind like the "Not my president" gang as the Bills did not draft the guy they had rated higher. Not my QB is the new title for these guys that can't adopt. What's also comical is some would have traded the entire draft for Rosen at #2 and (1st rd) draft stock next year. We get Allen at a fraction of that cost and still land Edmunds and those same posters (names withheld) are trashing the FO. There are some serious TBD GM's around here that know better than Beane and our professional scouts. I'm sure Beane and Co. know there is about a 30% chance Allen will work out to be a true franchise QB the next 15 years.. The same applies to the rest of the big 4 as history has told us over and over again. People just don't know how to TRUST after being beat down by so many failed regimes of years past. This FO is different and you already seen us break THE 18 year playoff drought end. I'm sure their PROCESS for determining Allen is the guy was scrubbed over and over again until the decision to draft him was made and completed.
  15. Nice post OP! Felt this way for a bit now as well. Love or hate the Allen pick, all fans just need to understand this is the 1st QB the Bills have ever selected inside the top 10 of the 1st rd in franchise history. Yeah, there is a 60%-70% chance Allen will bust along with Mayfield, Darnold and Rosen, time will tell. You gotta try though and it's about Damn time we did.
  16. Awesome Video TY. This is a good kid all around. I totally get why Beane and McD drafted him.
  17. Agree. I hope 2019 will be our year. There is going to be so much cash on hand for FA next year no doubt, sky is the limit. I expect great things next year and can't wait to watch the team chemistry develop this year on.
  18. I have seen the same boneheaded take over and over by fans who have no clue WTF they are talking about. Since the Bills do this over and over, please tell me the last time the Bills took a QB in the top 10? I will patiently wait for your answer. I will spare your J.P reply as trading back into the first in 04 when they truly wanted Big Ben and failed to get their guy. That is failure by a FO and norm in the past. The EJ reply will most likely be next? Forcing a QB selection on apprentice GM in the making in one of the worst QB classes ever is also a FO failure and norm in the past. Numerous FO's not going up and drafting a QB in the 1st is the only Bills FO norm that has failed this team. We have now only drafted 4 QB's including Allen in rd1 since 1966. I'm not gonna waste my time looking that up but most likely a NFL record for least amount of QB's selected in the 1st? This FO went and got the guy they wanted and most likely had pegged as their number #1 QB in this draft. This is nothing like what the Bills have done in the past and not the old Bills norm. People need to get off their high horse and stop crying that we took Allen and support him. Just because he wasn't "your guy" you need to let it go. I was upset the first 12-18hrs about passing on Rosen as well. I'm just glad our FO did what they had to do and got their guy they wanted. I'm very , very well seasoned with this team, so please exclude me from your hot take on knowing how this will play out for us "seasoned fans".
  19. I'm with that as well. I just hope if Allen is going to start over AJ it will be due to play on the field and not were he was picked.
