Rex continues to be delusional
Real McClappy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Failure to reflect was half of Rex's undoing when he failed to realize after 3-4 games that he D scheme sucked and basically did nothing to fix it. Now he see Hughes tearing it up again without him there and somehow thinks it's the player and not his ? scheme. -

How many yards will Anderson have Sunday

187yds, 2tds, 1int and 1 fumble -
Once Wentz was healthy back week 3 and playing the obvious choice for me would have been Foles and still could be if Beane wanted to after seeing the week 1 debacle with Peterman. I wanted us to pursue him last offseason. He would have been absolutely perfect at age 29 for Allen as a mentor and beyond if he tore it up for us. For some reason Beane and half of Bills fans will say no to a Super Bowl MVP that absolutely shredded the Patriots with straight lasers for 373yds and 4tds on the biggest stage in the NFL like it's some kinda fluke. Right now I bet McCoy and a 2nd rounder gets it done. Handling of the QB position absolutely could have changed things when our D basically handed us 3 wins this year as we sit here 2-4 with one of the worst O's statistically the league has seen in the modern era.

This guys sums up Terry perfect. Strong language but funny as hell https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10157116266784239&id=761769238 -
Firing a OC due to a rookie QB = scapegoat to entertain ownership and fans that the HC is "trying". Do fans and owners realize that rookie QB's are going to struggle that directly relates to the OC? This isn't rocket science. Not a huge fan of Daboll but you have to look at what he is handed for talent. The guy is forced a QB who hasn't started in 2 years and prob only knows like 1/4th the playbook. What do you expect to happen here?

The Baker Era Has Begun in Cleveland
Real McClappy replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That will happen when it's 3 years vs 3 games no? Tyrod flat out can't read a defense. -
OP is right, we do need to draft a QB next year as we need a better QB2 with upside. Our back-up scenario is putrid.

Woods, Watkins, Hogan and Goodwin
Real McClappy replied to RPbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
People just bash on Watkins as the BILLS spent two 1st rd picks on him. It's not Watkins fault he got drafted were he went and that the Bills spent so much capital on him. It was a mix of Taylor as our QB and Rex destroying our D. People bash the hell out of Whaley but we were a average QB and coach away from great things. The roster averaged out to 8-8 over 4 years which is not world beater but so damn close with the circumstances. Ohh well, Let's see what Beane has in store this next offseason -
Derek Anderson to start vs Colts
Real McClappy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Watch Anderson pop off like 300 yds and 3tds. Then some TBD'ers will say we should make Anderson the undeniable starter for the rest of 2018. -
Why Derek Anderson should start the rest of the season...
Real McClappy replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, let Allen develop -
Trading AJM was about the most boneheaded decision the coaching staff has made thus far. Them signing Anderson proves the poor decision several weeks to late if they just realized that Nate Sucks or that Josh needs a mentor. Please tell me how AJM would not have us in a better position and what out there is worse then Peterman. I gave Nate a fair shake last year and as a day 1 starter for the record. I will sum it up this way. I like McD as a HC a lot and want to see him continue here and succeed. If we start Peterman next week and he flops hardcore it's all on coach, if he gets **** canned by ownership, I wouldn't look back twice. This is not putting your team in position to win. An aging Anderson is still a better QB nasty Nate is blindfolded.

Allen will never develop under Mcdermott
Real McClappy replied to LFC24's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The same Whisenhunt that got a HC career through Bill and feel off the face off the earth when he didn't have a HOF QB in Warner anymore? The ex DC Cowher would have been just fine. -
Gave a lot to Seattle like the Pegula's. Rest in peace Mr. Allen.
