  1. Not bad, not bad at all. Kroft has a ton of upside that Beaner sees if he can stay healthy. I like this signing the more I think about it. I hope to see a couple O-lineman out of FA and I'll already be pretty content.
  2. Nick just got a Bigger D$%k Gratz BDN on the deserved payday!
  3. My point is no-one wanted to pay Woods 7mill a year a couple seasons ago at the slot. Now the going rate for a damn good slot WR is 10mill. I will let Beane figure it out and see if Pegula's money is needed here. I will be happy If we pick Adam up.
  4. He's the Z WR their or flanker off the line. He is basically playing both as he is very versatile.
  5. And we all said the same things about Bob Woods for 7mill a year back in 2016.
  6. Solid move at CB for much needed depth at the position.
  7. Tyrod would be one of the best backup QBs in the league. He protects the ball and might be able to eek out a win if his D balls out. I cannot see him being a day1 starter ever again though, his play is way to limited.
  8. Good, this nonsense is over. Now take the 16-17 mill a season we would have spent on AB and get 2 stud O-lineman, then with the draft picks saved get some WR's whom will last longer than 3 years and develop with Allen. So glad this fell through.
  9. Am I the only one that does not want to give up a large amount of cap and draft capital for an old WR that is a headcase? I would much rather build through the draft and get Allen a WR that can be here 8-10yrs over a rental for 3yrs that does not want to be here to begin with.
  10. Ditto! When friends at work told me traded for AB = I was like wow and why at the same time. AB is the 180* exact opposite of what I thought our coach and FO wants from our players.
  11. Solid Pickup for the Pats. For that price I would have loved it for the Bills even if he is older to have went for it. MB had a solid year, he's a LORAX 2.0
  12. Just glad AB made it clear he would not play for us before Beane signed. So glad this fell through in all honesty. AB is a friggin headcase. Have fun with Gruden.
  13. Denver or Elway look like clowns themselves. Snag Keenum and let Allen, Rosen and Jackson all pass by last year. At least Chubb does look like a stud for them I guess. Now grab Flacco as the savior? Do they make up for it in this years draft at 10? I can't see Flacco being the answer.
  14. Yeah since Bledsoe, I have had zero faith in anything the Bills drafted (JP or EJ) or brought in since that time actually until we drafted JA last year Say what you will about Bledsoe but remember that he was already a statue behind one of the worst O-lines for 3 years that I have ever seen here. He was still a .500 QB with the Bills 3 seasons and the only QB to throw for over 4K yards in franchise history. He was flat trash as you said for numerous reasons One of the biggest reasons was putrid O-line play rendering 46 sacks a season. Last years O-line reminded me a lot of those 2002-2004 seasons. Josh would have been sacked 40 times (projected) if he could have played the entire year. So back to my original statement, the only expectation I have for the coaching staff and FO is to give JA a proper O-line to protect our multiple 1st rd pick investment, anything else is failure in my mind. 2019 is still another building year so I'm calm overall with what unfolds everywhere else on the field.
  15. Pretty calm or relaxed overall here. My expectations are pretty much in check now that we possibly have a a real QB since Bledsoe with great upside. This was phase #1 for me and all that mattered since 2004. Now (2019) we have to get Allen proper O-line protection or he will be sacked liked Bledsoe 140 times in 3 seasons (Other, than Ruben in 2002 the line sucked bad). Fixing the O-line to let Allen further develop is my only expectation for this team. Once that is established everything else will become clear of what has to happen next in 2020. 2020 is the make or break year for Allen, McD and Beane IMO. I hope this just all works out.
  16. Thanks Transplant, this is so much more refreshing than the old Tyrod stats you would pound in the sand that he was a good QB. from here it's really progression for me. Can Allen improve and become consistent over the next couple of seasons if and when we surround him with proper a O-line, WR core, TE and running game? I damn hope so! He played pretty well his first season IMO with the cards he was dealt. The progression when he came back from injury was and is very encouraging alone the last 3-4 weeks. Again, thank you for putting this together. it just enforces what my eyes without stats were telling me.
  17. Hearing that Tyrod was traded was magic to my ears before knowing what the compensation was. I was ecstatic he was off our team and I would never have to see him take a snap under center in a Bills uniform again. Later, when I heard it was the top pick in the 3rd round I was basically in disbelief how we absolutely robbed the Browns. I basically creamed myself on 3/9/18 Great job Beane!
  18. A early great signing to our O-line revamp/rebuild. This is not a huge contract with high reward if he pans out at C or G when healthy. Keep at it Beane.
  19. C- Paradis(5), OT - D.Williams(5), OT- Trent Brown(3) and TE - Eifert(2) I would be happy as hell if we actually came out of FA like this.
  20. I wanted Watson or Mahomes with that pick. Passing on both Watson and Mahomes not in hindsight was dumb when we desperately needed a QB.
