I am reading and hearing on Sirus from guys like the God Father Gil Brandt and Phil Savage we got a steal and they expect Peterman to start and have a great career in OUR SYSTEM. See the bold part is the most important, OUR SYSTEM. He was also the most pro ready QB in the draft who should have went low 2nd to mid 3rd round. Everyone was shocked he was there in the 5th. Hell some have said we might have gotten THE Steal of the draft. Give the kid a chance.

Love it! It is well past time to clean house esp. the scouting dept. McDermott has seen how successful franchises are ran, and he is going to implement that here. He has a plan, he has an offensive and defensive systems he is implementing. The Next GM / Scouting department will be told by him, Dennison and Frazier want for their systems and that is who the GM and the staff will go find. That is how it should be. Count me in. I fully believe Peterman will end up being the best QB in this draft and he will start and do great. The guys at Sirius have been talking since Saturday how they love the kid and they feel he will end up being our starter. He is PERFECT for what Dennison does and that is what you need. Can you imagine, we get a starting CB, WR, RT and QB in this draft? Then we have two firsts next year to parlay into more picks to fill out this roster with better talent? 2018 could be THE Year folks, I am Pumped up for this season.

True, but in the NFL he has been injury prone. If he can't do a full 16 game season he won't be getting big money here or anywhere else.
