Well reality is, like it or not (and I do) this is McDermott's show now. It doesnt matter what structure fans want or think we should ha e, it is what it is.

As with anything that can affect someone, its the abuse of it that is the issue.

You can't do that, its an ADA discrimination. Can the person do the job with or without reasonable accommodation? Yes, then you have to let them play. BUT This is why I say assumption of risk while continuing to try and see if helmets can be improved etc. But Paying guys for CTE or long term football issues when they know IN ADVANCE this is going to happen, is BS.

^^^ This 100%. Fans act like they want players to fail, when it fact it can't be further from the truth. I love the fact McDermott is being smart, no way in hell I give Sammy an extension, he hasn't earned it by staying healthy. When he earns it, they will most certainly pay him.

The same as they do now, he finally earned an extension based on being able to stay on the field all year.

McDermott has a clear vision, has two damn good systems with two good coaches running them. He finally cleared out the swap that was our scouting department and letting a guy who is ready to do the job, take it over and fill it. One guy, one vision, ownership has bought in, the GM will support the vision and get us the players that fit the vision and the systems. This is a GREAT time in Buffalo Bills history imho and WAY over due.

Why is Darold the top guy? 1 season folks that's it. By the draft Baker Mayfield will have three outstanding seasons under his belt including setting the season record for QB rating (2016). Mason Rudolph is a choke artist. OU kicks his ass everytime they play. He can't be counted on in big games. Baker Mayfield folks.
