good post Gunner, always appreciate your observations. i'm not one to usually question play calling, though i do think different calls would be better at certain times. the one time last night that i thoroughly questioned the call was at the end where, i think, we had a penalty just before the 2 minute warning which caused the clock to stop with 4 seconds remaining before the warning and us in a third down situation. the clock was going to stop after that play regardless, so why not attempt a pass there? other than that, i understand the thinking behind trying to run the clock and limit the possession time on the other side.

i don't think we're, 'locked' at the 5th seed. theoretically, we could finish as high as 2nd or anywhere in between. but definitely no lower than 5th.
