The leap from "Nathaniel Hackett is a bad coach and nepotism is a problem" to "nobody wants black coaches" is just way too far for me and I'd say it's way too far for any reasonable person who isn't trying to make every issue a race issue. Brian Flores was a great coach, but he was hired by a bad owner and he SUED his own team. Even after suing his own team, rightly or wrongly, he was hired again. That is not being black balled and it's a terrible example.

We have a team filled with players we can be proud of. Why would we trade for a guy who pushed and kicked a woman? Here's a video if some of you would like to re-think this: Let the Browns be the Browns. I don't want to be that team and I don't care if it helps us get fractionally closer to a Super Bowl.

Nobody we pick up off the street would be an upgrade. Any legitimate upgrade would cost significant draft capital. So... would it be better to trade a premium pick for a guard, who we immediately need to pay in the offseason and end up paying instead of Poyer/Edmunds/Phillips, etc. Or would it be better to simply use the draft pick on a Guard this offseason? I think it's pretty clearly, the latter.

Anybody who even a little bit knows football knows that Devin Singletary is not the problem. The problem is our interior o-line and the complete lack of depth behind Singletary. Specifically, we need a power rusher who can complement Singletary in short yardage situations. Those are not hard to find and I'd be fine with either trading Moss for one, or giving up a late round pick for one.

Kansas City: Clutch pick in the end zone this week might have been the difference in the game. Steelers: Great interception w/ perfect positioning. Ravens: 43 coverage snaps, 1 target, zero receptions. Dolphins: 25 coverage snaps, 2 receptions, 10 yards allowed. Titans: 1 pass defensed, zero catches allowed (maybe 1 for medium gain if you pin deep coverage him). Rams: 30 coverage snaps, 3 targets, 3 receptions allowed. Are there a few moments against the Steelers he'd like to have back? Sure. But as a ROOKIE, Elam is more than flashing.

I don’t think it’s accurate to say they’re worth an infinite amount of draft picks. There’s just no price a team can likely pay for either of them. For example, if one team could offer 32 first round draft picks, literally any QB you want in the draft, plus every other first rounder… it would be close. Or, if you don’t like that, double it. So, not infinite, just not attainable.

Just to be clear… You’re saying Isaiah McKenzie… all 5’8” 165 lbs of him… is a great blocker? And you are… unsure about Shakir’s blocking ability in the slot? My brother… I would be ok with this if you weren’t calling other people’s takes shallow, but you need to take a step back from the computer and turn it off for a little while.

Guys ... if you think Gibson is a good RB or is worth a 3rd or 4th, you haven't been watching him. There's a reason they drafted another RB this year and are immediately starting him.

Just curious .... would anybody do James Cook for Christian McCaffrey straight up? If I'm the Panthers, I would take that deal. Cheap contract and similar skill set, with upside. I've watched every Panthers game this year and McCaffrey is a significantly better player right now, but he's got a lot of mileage and is expensive. If I'm the Bills, I would take that deal as well.
