  1. Will he be able to cope with the intense, pool table-less winning formula. Apparently the key to success is a ping pong table, but not a pool table. Sometimes I think to myself: maybe some of these guys have done their research and just don't want to take the dangerous narcotics the NFL hands out as pain killers.
  2. Harshly against weed but hand out these addictive, destructive, narcotics. That's the NFL for ya haha.
  3. The fact that he had his team in the super bowl, oh how times change.
  4. They got Gilmore for 13 a year.
  5. So stephon gave up less TDs/yards and had more INT while playing on a worse defense. Stats baby.
  6. If we had more cap space I'd agree with you, but even if we wanted to match what's going out, it probably isn't realistic.
  7. Same people who have Rodgers a poor rating after a 5 TD 1 int game. Also, same people who didn't have LeSean in their top 101 players. They ranked at LEAST 101 players better than Shady. Losing credibility imo.
  8. They cancel based on # of players NET LOST and AMOUNT SPENT ON SAID PLAYERS. Gilmore alone might cost more than all of our FA acquisitions TOTAL. We are losing about 20 UFA......................................
  9. Gilmore didn't get a call from Be til this morning. They simply contacted his agent, gave them the number he wanted, and got him. That's how much Belichick wanted him. Gave him whatever the asking price was. 2nd highest paid DB in the league.
  10. So do you take back what you said or are you still going to complain about something that won't happen? Gilmore more than likely just offset every move we have made so far and more on his own. Still have Z. Brown, Woods, and oh yeah, Goodwin just made 4 mil a year from the niners. We will be awarded at least 2 compensatory picks.
  11. I distinctly remember Kyle Williams missing on BOTH gut punch big Ajayi runs that more or less lost us both of those games. We didn't like to talk about that at the BBMB and probably won't here either. He also ate dirt trying to take Jeremy Hill against the Bengals. We forgot because we win that game.
  12. Pats are looking to trade Malcolm Butler for Brandin Cooks. Gilmore will be spearheading Belichicks secondary.
  13. I'm so mad right now. We were ecstatic over the removal of a pool table but a guy so many of us thought is a bum, just got paid 14+ by our arch nemesis. For the love of God...
  14. Hogan didn't get paid 14+ a year. Totally different. BB just made Gilmore a top 5 paid player on his team.
  15. The Patriots NEVER SPEND BIG however, and they just did it on Gilmore. For everyone who has been complaining about Gilmore for the last however many years needs to just take a seat for 5 min.
  16. But how though? Top FA we are trying to retain over the young talent we are losing on the same side of the ball is a 33 year old who had one good year. I love Lorax but it just seems dumb.
  17. You know what's worth a lot of money? A young, talented man corner the consistently holds big time WR in check. Here in Buffalo we make sure we sign as many 40 year old defensive linemen as possible. Fans are totally supportive of this, mind you.
  18. I don't think you understand how that works. It's net free agents lost with their salary taken into account. I highly doubt we sign even an iota close to either of those numbers.
  19. Oh he's not taking less. He's getting over 14. I spent years defending how valuable Gilmore is and got harassed for it. At least BB is in my corner......
  20. The amount of impact you guys are putting on activities in a locker room and how its correlating to team success makes me want to run my head thru a wall. Will the absence of a pool table make Tyrod make better reads? Will it reduce the amount of missed tackles by our guys including vets like Kyle? No. Better coaching on the damn field of play does these things for you. Let me reiterate, Belichick takes his guys out to the movies/bowling etc. He treats his guys like adults/colleagues and they respond accordingly. Its not a damn day care. If locker room activities are hindering your production, you are in the wrong profession. My problem with Rex was the laid back Cancun vacation training camp atmosphere. THAT'S where you can make your biggest impact or culture change. Not a freaking pool table.
  21. We have a TV in our consult room. I just don't see how changing a locker room does anything for you. Organize in the meeting rooms and on the field. Belichick literally takes his guys out to the movies. The game isn't won and lost where you get dressed ffs. We're shutting off your internet buddy, you should only be productive guy! Only access to work related websites!!!!!
  22. I don't see what this does for anyone. Practices are not held in the locker-room. Make sure they aren't goofing off ON THE PRACTICE FIELD... If you remove things to do from the locker room, it'll just make our guys not want to be in there or just head home earlier. Imagine if your break room at work (if you have one) removed the TV and couches. You would probably stop going there.
  23. He was a nice redzone target. Need bodies at the WR spot. Sammy, Draft?, Kolby, Powell, Lafell?, and Hunter? => Not too bad...
