  1. Yep. He got harassed here for 5 years because we have a bunch of, "watch the bills game only" guys. How funny is it that the best team in the league gave him a boat load of money but apparently some fans know much better than one of the greatest sports dynasty's.
  2. Pocket composure. Dude can navigate and play from the pocket probably the best out of all the QBs in this draft.
  3. We essentially have Rex. Just opposite end of the spectrum but this guys doing the same stuff so far. We are becoming the Buffalo Panthers.
  4. Philly brown dude. Philly brown
  5. If his first name was Chris and his last name was Hogan, everyone would be freaking out.
  6. Jags for what reason? Their QB is a disaster, their running game is also a disaster, who on offense wills score for them?
  7. I like Peterman for his composure in the pocket. He constantly gets lit up but can still deliver a decent ball. Luke is someone to keep an eye on as well.
  8. If you have some free time check out Peterman. Interesting prospect.
  9. For f sake, they take into account THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT THE FREE AGENT YOU LOSE MAKES. Gilmore ON HIS OWN is making 14+ a year. Zach is TBD, Bobby woods is making 6+, Marquise is making 4. You spent that much time writing an essay about something we can't really say a damn thing about yet.
  10. If you look at composites of scores - the majority of best players land right around 25-30. In other words, average. Any testing mode where the majority ends up in the middle, it is indicative of nothing. There are great players above the magical score of 15-20, and great players below the golden-magical standard of 15-20.
  11. Wasn't peyton an 18 lol EDIT: Nope. 28. The only starting QB in the league that falls under "not successful NFL QB" criteria given by Gugny is Tyrod lol. BTW Dan Marino got the same score as Tyrod.
  12. It's not surprising that the team with the GOAT at QB prevents teams within the division from having any success year in year out.
  13. 2015 draft with no first: Darby, Miller, Karlos (what could have been you bum), O'Leary, Steward, and Dez. That's 2 starters, 2 contributers, but one obviously self-imploded. 2014 draft. Sammy - enough said, Kuandjiao - not looking so bad anymore, Ross Cockrell (rex foolishly lost), Preston Brown (may you never play in a 3-4 EVER), Seantrel, and Cyril Richardson. That's 2 starters, and 2 contributers. Whaley is consistently adding 4 players that help this team. Just find us a god damned QB.
  14. 5/6 per draft????? What fantasy land are you living in??? Not a single team has 5/6 per draft more than once in a blue moon. The almighty pats had 2 MAYBE 3 AVERAGE at best contributers from their last draft. Get a grip. Each draft, in my opinion and observation, the threshold goal is to get 1-2 lock in starters, and 2 contributers. Let's look at ****ty Whaley's draft from last year: 1. Shaq - decent season, understands leverage and seemed like an all effort player, high hopes. 2. Ragland - had a lot of hype surrounding him as a plug and play starter. 3. Dolph - for a 3rd round DT, contributed well for most of the season 4. Cardale - bum 5. J. Will - started slow but was decent later in the yr. TBD 6. Kolbee - TBD 6. Seymour - not half bad as the season was winding down, did fine from the slot, got beat wide a couple times, and might be a starting CB going into next yr. Maybe our GM isn't so bad...
  15. The funny part is we actually add competent starters basically every offseason. We just don't have a franchise QB.
  16. So much Dareus bashing here when he actually had a pretty good season when on the field. He controls the LOS and that's something KW cannot do. Kyle is a tremendous pass rusher but fact of the matter is he's a liability against the run. I watched teams run right at him from my seat in the Ralph and do it successfully. Flame away.
  17. Draft is good for 2-3 solid contributers at MOST. This guy isn't wrong, we need to make more acquisitions or else this whole thing is worthless.
  18. You can make this same thread and insert Watson for Darnold, circa 2015-16.
  19. We've seen this same song and dance like 4 times already. Short term memory here. Can we change the culture of not upgrading our biggest position of need so we don't have to use another high draft pick on WR. Cordarelle Patterson is exactly what this team needs and what Derm likes - can play multiple positions and is a big body. Let's have some cordarelle culture.
  20. We're gonna rah rah our way to 7-8 wins. Talent wins games, not semantics.
  21. Zay Jones in the third or Dede/Schuster in the second. Don't touch a skill position in the first please.
  22. Hogan beats him out? This is the biggest joke I've seen here since joining.
  23. Going home to LA to play for an awful team and round out his career of being on losing franchises. He plays hard but it doesn't seem like he was really invested in winning a championship. He went five steps backwards joining the Rams. Will they have a stadium next year?
