No major injuries to our best players. Glenn, I mean, he got replaced so it went pretty much unnoticed.

Bills trade with Browns for Corey Coleman
Elite Poster replied to 17islongenough's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Traded for a speedy guy, only one guy on the team doesn't have a noodle arm. Allen time baby, a man can dream. -
Keep in mind media see every single practice so if Josh Allen has a comparatively bad day, it'll be reported as such. However, he hasn't really had BAD days so take it for what it is. So far I'm happy with what I've seen in person and read - hopefully Allen continues to improve and prove me wrong.

I hope he's trash It was tough to watch, he got bounced around

COMEBACKSZN Manziel is back!
Elite Poster replied to BringBackOrton's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Trash when he got drafted, trash when he flamed out, and now trash in the CFL. This isn't an uplifting story, it's about a rich kid who blew an opportunity and has enough privilege and moolah to waste everyone's time trying to revive a 10 times over dead career. I'm more interested where other guys have ended up. -
Love how healthy we have fortunately been this and last year

Our beloved QB LITERALLY refused to come here for a year forgoing his life long dream of playing in the NFL. Once again, drop the sensitivities and accept reality. Of course, when you actually give us a chance, you'll love us. If we stop crying at every mention of the city maybe people will look at us differently...

Prima Donna: Never came to camp out of shape, takes blame for organizational and team failure, no scandal or trouble while in NFL, honors teammates and they love him and have his back. Productive WR: consistently out of shape (probably why he always gets hurt), trouble with route running and hands which he then blamed on organization and QB, hides behind newspaper article to voice opinion AFTER being traded. The homer is strong with this one.

Barely crossing 1000 yards and then not even getting 1000 on 100+ (119 and 145) targets is an absolute joke. Apparently productive for you is being around 20th in yards. Nice! He had one of the leagues highest drop rates those year as well. Cam isn't Brady or Rodgers with his accuracy and it's because he fits an offense that is literally what they want to replicate here - run and gun. Near 60% is our goal with Allen so it's pretty funny those siding with KB over Cam when that's exactly the type of QB we got.
-
Bonafide #2 WR stats - someone needs to take a lap, it's you and KB who showed up overweight to camp every year in Carolina. When he was traded Cam took a page out of the newspaper saying goodbye to him. He returned with a trash article in the paper. Bad teammate. Call a spade a spade. Your on his jock because he's a Bill but this is a very Mario Williams type move.

"Ruining" a QB by starting him too soon
Elite Poster replied to Buffalo86's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The thing is I feel like the league disagrees with you. Look at the frequency of rookies being thrown right into the game; imo you can teach small things but at the end of the day you can either play or you can't. Josh could finish 18/15 TD to INT but the film will show the truth behind the stats. -

The problem is the timeline. These guys all seem to have come long ago when the rules and offenses weren't built around elevating the passing game and protecting the QB. -
McCown threw for nearly 3k yards and 18 TDs in 13 games last year. Bridgewater was a promising young QB before his horrific injury. Both have more than 2 NFL wins under their belts (what our elite stable combined has). Give me the shpiel on our QBs now. I'm waiting. I didn't say they have Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. I said capable NFL QBs.

Allen already a factor in QB race ?
Elite Poster replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wish my hip magically healed when I started college. He broke the same shoulder twice and sprained it again last year. We don't need to have a long winded philosophical battle. It's just what happened. Idk why everyone is sensitive. -

Nobody has to care about what I write but don't say I'm making things up. 3 shoulder injuries. It's a fact. Don't have to have the Sensitive Sally's losing it. -

I literally don't give two ***** about half the stuff you wrote. I just want to point out when people say he's durable because he is big and tall or whatever, it is not true. He has a shoulder injury history. That is all. No more, no less. I got two freaking essays because facts make you guys sensitive. Injuries count even if they were before college ffs. -

Our QB missed more time in college and injured the same shoulder 3 times. This is fake news. Rosen and Darnold will probably start, Allen should but after the NP debacle they will go AJ because of the "process" - that's how I see it. -

He's starting? When did coach announce that?
