Well, it was supposed to have a better defense than it has had too. Strong defense, strong running game and a QB to manage the offense. The defense failed the most. This offense is still geared for the running game. Just do what it takes to win with what the Bills have and better coaching. But they cannot have major injury issues this season. We do not have an elite passer at QB or an above average passer at QB(except the deep ball), and you play to his strengths, which can help win games. The QB that some people want is not going to be on this roster anytime soon.

EJ is a bad NFL QB. That's all there is to it. Jones, I don't know. He hasn't played enough yet.

For whatever reason, this offense was geared to be a run oriented offense since 2015. And it's tough to change up when you have a decimated WR corp too many times in the season. Sure TT needs to throw over the middle more, but this team as a whole has got to stay healthy.

yeah, his work with the defense really was subpar at times. Let's do that then. The offense averaged 25 points against the playoff teams. The defense gave up an average of 33 points against the playoff teams. I agree. And I hope Boldin signs here soon.

400 points scored should have been enough for the playoffs. Doesn't matter how they are scored. Very low turnovers by the offense, not enough turnovers by the defense. For example, Oakland's defense overall was not very good, but they had 30 turnovers. The Bills had only 18, and they still finished plus six due to the offense not turning the ball over. And one could say that injuries and poor coaching hurt the defense in 2016, which is true, but injuries decimated the WR group in 2016 also. This team needs better game day coaching and has to stay healthy, esp with bad depth this season. A Boldin or a Barnidge could make a big difference.

The way good players sign there with cheap contracts should be made illegal. The parity the NFL claims doesn't exist when there is a stacked deck every year with the same team.
