    We had the better QB and the better team in 2015. I watched that game and every Bills player was in it to win. That is why they quit in the finale against an then awful Jets team this past season. Bench TT after the best game of his career and start EJ because of Whaley's infatuation with the guy. The organization showed they were not interested in winning.

    We lose a key part to why the Bills lead the NFL in rushing in 2016, a solid compliment to McCoy, to NE no less,and no one is supposed to be upset by it. SMH This team is flooded with talent and good depth to some of these posters I guess.

    TT is the least of this team's problems. We could use a real WR corp too. And a real GM who doesn't think EJ had the "it" factor and wanted him to start over Taylor. TT was brought in to manage a run oriented offense, and 47 TDs, 15 turnovers with 1000 yards rushing tells me he did ok.

    The Jets would have made the playoffs if they had won that last game. That game meant a lot. The Bills were determined to beat them. The game counted.

    For a run oriented team to lose it's backup to McCoy. A backup who is very good, is a loss.

    Whaley's history with fifth round picks is bad. MG is better than that fifth round pick. Shouldn't have come to this anyways. You do know that 17 is the current playoff drought?

    I don't think Williams is as good. He's shown nothing to think that.

    After 17 years that should be every fan's goal-make the playoffs. All of a sudden it's SB or bust. That is ridiculous. You got a long wait with Tom Brady in the AFC. I hate to tell you that.

    Results speak for themselves, year after year. It's wonderful that the Pegulas own both organizations, but they are not very good. The Rochester Amerks are terrible. Rochester is a dedicated hockey town and it's a disgrace what is going on with them. It's not working for any of the three.

    You should, because except for Williams, we have no quality replacements right now.

    I don't? Gilmore, Williams, Woods, Brown, MG who is a very good player believe it or not, all gone. After Watkins, this is a bad WR corp right now. We have needs all over the place, again. Spinning wheels is what this organization does.

    The facts are that the offense was good enough to make the playoffs last season. The defense was not. And now we have lost more talent this season.Once again, TT is the least of this team's problems.

    The defense has been the main problem with this team under Ryan. An average defense and we make the playoffs in 2016.

    We are still running a run heavy offense. And if not-where are the WRs after Watkins? MG loss just made the depth worse.

    The results speak for themselves with this organization. The bashing on their management is year round, by every sports source.

    Whaley ranked the worst returning GM and the Bills being ridiculed for their management on a constant basis isn't the norm for every NFL team.
