Are we figured out already? The issues as I see them

Brady putting worse players on the field consistently is certainly an issue. Shakir being out pretty much tanked the receiving core. Knox is getting too many snaps over Kincaid, Hollins is getting too many snaps, Scantling is getting too many snaps, and Quintin Morris is getting too many snaps. I'm not necessarily out on Brady but I don't think he was the best hire. The reality is that the offensive coordinator for Josh Allen is one of the most desirable positions in the NFL. It's basically a guaranteed shot at being a head coach if you are mildly decent at the job. It makes complete sense that Micky D was a fan though. Constantly rotating in inferior role piece players onto the field. A running ball control offense to keep his defense off the field. Shocking that Diggs was on the outs after hiring a coach who puts a premium on receivers blocking, something Diggs despised lol. Also, the offensive line is still dog****. -
Belichick or McDermott. Who's the better coach?

Probably the one with eight rings. -
Worst (regular season) coached game in the entire McD era

I don't know about that one, the Denver game from last year was pretty terrible. -

I don't believe allowing 8 yards a play to the opposing offense is a recipe for success. -

He has done a solid job proving he isn't smarter than everyone else for the past 5 years. -

McDermott was the GM. -
The game was only a month ago and apparently people think the defense played with only third stringers. The defensive line was pretty damn healthy, Hyde and Poyer played, Johnson and Douglas played. Obviously there were some major injuries, but damn, people are on here attempting to spin the narrative that the entire defense was injured with scabs in their place.

I didn't know anything about the 49ers DC until the ending of the 4th quarter. Dude was outclassed in the end so I look him up and he was the DB coach while McDermott was the DC on the Panthers. I guess he learned something from him 😬

Every year I watch the playoffs, I find myself so jealous of other defenses.
-
Josh in an offense surrounded by Kittle, CMC, Deebo, and Aiyuk. That would be so much fun to watch.
-
That's the chance you take to try and win. I don't know what would have happened after the field goal, but I doubt they stop KC and win. They played terribly on defense in that game just like the year before against the Bengals and the two years before that. The excuse to sit on a mediocre head coach kind of works when the coaching market was a couple of highly touted coordinators. That wasn't the case this year with Belichick, Harbaugh, and Carroll being available.
-
What an uninspired argument. I wasn't old enough to enjoy the nineties Bills so they've been bad pretty much my entire life of watching football. I want the Bills to win the Superbowl like every other fan who watches.
-
I'm not saying they need to bring in someone who has won 10 Superbowls. I'm saying what they've been building for the last 5 years hasn't worked and it might be time for a change in philosophy.

One of the major problems with this team for the past four years has been the coaching. Coaching in the 13 seconds game, problems with OCs, problems with the SPC, problems with the D-line coach. You can make excuses and say it's luck in a couple of playoff games, but this team is now way past luck with the amount of failures they've had in the regular season/playoffs. Have the Chiefs just been lucky? No, they Mahomes and Reid. The Bills have Josh Allen, who outside of Burrow has seriously challenged him as the best in the league. He's an elite QB being held back by this coaching staff and this GM.
-
Good offenses and good defenses that haven't won anything. The team is strictly following a formula that hasn't worked.

Unless a Spygate related event happens to Mahomes in the next decade, he's better than Brady.
