Jussie Smallette (Alleged) Self Inflicted Hoax Assault
Buffalo_Gal replied to RaoulDuke79's topic in Off the Wall
It was the invisible people in Chicago on the street camera that walk around at 2 am with a noose and bleach while it is sub-zero temperatures outside, dontachya know? (sarcasm folks, no one was found on camera, and seriously... a MAGA hat in CHICAGO!? yeah, ok.) The guy needs mental help. There are enough rumors swirling about where he really was that night to assume the "beat up" might be from a different type of encounter. -

I did not intend to call you out (seriously). I just wanted to let you know that he really is very informative, is easy to agree or disagree with, but you are not required to like him, his posts, or his hypothesis. Disagreeing promotes discussion. I know sometimes people pile on here when there are disagreements, and I wish it was done in a kinder manner, but that is unlikely to ever happen (the testosterone in this forum gets pretty deep). Anyhooooo I went off on a tangent. Again, apologies if you felt called-out, that was not my intention (at all). -

I do! I think @Deranged Rhino is extremely informative. And you are a much better man than you portray yourself to be on the open forum, @BeginnersMind Please play nice ... I know you dislike the name calling and rudeness in PPP. You can ignore the people that are too much for you to take (I sure do!). -

Are you an introvert or extrovert?

I am a misanthrope who can function well in large or small groups. I am not an introvert really, I simply avoid people because I generally hate them. ? -
Trump Wants To Regulate Google

#fakeaccounts Here's an interesting read on Facebook's face account problem: Does Facebook Really Know How Many Fake Accounts It Has? And from the Facebook "transparency page": ? ? In Q2 2018, we disabled 800 million fake accounts, up from 583 million in Q1 2018. In Q3 2018, we disabled 754 million fake accounts, a modest decrease from the previous quarter. Most of these accounts originated from commercially motivated spam attacks, and they were removed swiftly. While we took action on more accounts than in the previous two quarters, this has not had a significant effect on the prevalence of fake accounts on Facebook. (The graph shows 754M fake accounts disabled in Q3.) Makes you wonder how many people really do use Fakebook. -
The Trump Shutdown

Well, for those asking why President Trump didn't get wall funding while they had the House, this interview confirms what many suspected: Paul Ryan is an #######. It also seems that with what happened to him from his "own side" the chance that he will trust Nancy and Chuckie is about zero (or below): <snip> President Donald Trump says former House Speaker Paul Ryan promised to secure wall funding while Republicans controlled both Houses in exchange for the president’s signature on the 2018 omnibus spending bill. But after the president signed the massive, $1.3 trillion spending package, Ryan reneged on his commitment. “Well, I was going to veto the omnibus bill and Paul told me in the strongest of language, ‘Please don’t do that, we’ll get you the wall.’ And I said, ‘I hope you mean that, because I don’t like this bill,’” the president recounted in an exclusive Wednesday interview with The Daily Caller. </snip> Link to full article -

The Thread For Greg's Stashes

I swear there was a thread on this, but I cannot find it... Sen. Rand Paul was awarded over $580,000 in damages by a Kentucky jury on Wednesday after he was attacked by his neighbor in the fall of 2017. Paul, R-Ky., was awarded $375,000 in punitive damages and $200,000 for pain and suffering, plus $7,834 for medical expenses. </snip> Link to story -
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham today sent a letter to Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Christopher Wray regarding the Bureau’s arrest of Roger Stone. </snip> I am leery that a subject of the Special Counsel’s investigation, who had retained counsel, had publicly stated that he believed that he would at some point be indicted, and was apparently willing to surrender voluntarily, was arrested in a pre-dawn raid at his home,” Graham wrote. </snip> And also... President Donald Trump is considering asking the FBI to review its policies after the agency’s highly-publicized, militarized raid on the home of longtime Trump associate Roger Stone early Friday morning. The president told The Daily Caller in an exclusive Oval Office interview Wednesday that he was “speaking for a lot of people that were very disappointed to see that go down that way. To see it happen where it was on camera, on top of it. That was a very, very disappointing scene.” </snip> Link

A federal judge in Florida on Wednesday ordered the public release of dozens of documents kept under seal during BuzzFeed’s lawsuit over the Steele dossier. District Court Judge Ursula Ungaro ordered the documents be made public by Feb. 8. More than 40 records used in the case are listed in the order. Ungaro’s decision will shed light into the discovery process during the defamation case, which included depositions with dossier author Christopher Steele and the founders of Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that hired Steele. </snip> Link to story

Occasi-Cortez Channeling the Rent's too damn high guy
Buffalo_Gal replied to bdutton's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
It would not shock me if she is primaried. Many (myself included) have said it numerous times that it was almost a foregone conclusion that the Ds would primary her. If she wasn't stupid and crazy, I'd find it all amusing. Unfortunately, she does "speak" to a subset of America who are the hardcore FSA who want "fair" taxation against the "evil" rich, and white people. And the MSM loooooovvvvveeees her. On the other hand, many of them are busy learning to code, so I am not certain how much longer her sycophants in the press can keep her on the front page of every magazine and tabloid.
