  1. Why they think Joe leaving the basement will help, I do not know. The only strategy is hide him, juice him up before a public appearance, and hope for the best. It ain't working, but putting him out in front of people, even with the press covering for him and no questions, is not working either. Damned if they do, damned if they don't.
  2. For next time, this >>> which is titled lol, is a clue the item may be humorous.
  3. I wonder if it is possible to buy a sense of humor? If so, you should look into it.
  4. When my son was under 25 I used to joke we had attorney on speed dial to deal with traffic tickets. He could not afford the insurance bump. If you pay an attorney, it "should" be converted to a non-points ticket. It will cost you the attorney fee + the ticket and court fees, but no points to your license. Good luck.
  5. I will not go into the fact that approximately 8K Americans die daily, and that number would reflect 24 days of death in the US (we will have to see if we had an excess of 195K deaths once the final numbers are in for 2020), I would suggest you blame those deaths on China who unleashed the Wuhan Virus on an unsuspecting world, lied about it, withheld data, and then tried to blame others for their duplicity. Also, please recall that "literally Hitler" is not a dictator. President Trump works within the law to get things done. And, since you are apparently living under a rock... President Trump is the first president in nearly 40 years (I believe 39 years is the exact number) to not start an armed conflict with the US and another nation. He was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize (for what little it is now worth)... twice this year alone, and we are finally seeing peace in the Middle East. Now, since he had to fight his own his own party (the first two years), the Democrats and "msm" (for 4 years), that is quite the accomplishment. Imagine what he could have done with a little bit of help?
  6. More Mensa members. WTF do people think is going to happen when you climb on a car? The memes have begun:
  7. Not so fast, says the CDC which is totes not political nor would ever manipulate data or work against the President:
  8. Hopefully we get more rulings like this so we never see this lock down nonsense again: Pennsylvania's pandemic restrictions are unconstitutional, judge rules Lawsuit was filed by Butler, Greene, Washington and Fayette counties Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf's closing of "non-life-sustaining" businesses and restrictions on gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic were ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge on Monday. "We're aware of the ruling and are reviewing the decision," a spokesperson for the governor's office said Monday afternoon. </snip> Stickman, an appointee of President Donald Trump, wrote in his ruling that the Wolf administration's pandemic policies have been overreaching, arbitrary and violated citizens' constitutional rights. Stickman ruled in favor of individual and business plaintiffs, and he dismissed the county governments from the case. Individuals who won the favorable ruling include U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa.; state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, R-Butler; and various businesses including hair salons and the Starlight Drive-In. The declaratory judgment says "(1) that the congregate gathering limits imposed by defendants' mitigation orders violate the right of assembly enshrined in the First Amendment; (2) that the stay-at-home and business closure components of defendants' orders violate the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment; and (3) that the business closure components of defendants' orders violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment." </snip>

  10. Gonna end up in front of the SC. Appeals court OKs Trump plan to end protected immigration status for 4 countries In 2-1 ruling, 9th Circuit says evidence lacking that Trump’s ‘offensive and disparaging’ comments about immigrants impacted decisions A federal appeals court has effectively green-lighted the Trump administration’s plan to expel more than 300,000 undocumented immigrants from El Salvador, Nicaragua and Sudan from the U.S. by ending the “temporary protected status” they have enjoyed for as long as two decades. A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled, 2-1, Monday that a federal judge in San Francisco erred in 2018 when he blocked the administration’s move to terminate the deportation protections granted to nationals of four countries because of natural disasters, wars or other upheavals in their homelands. </snip>
