I think Smiley will be fired and that's about it. Two things can be true about McDermott. They overachieved given their roster quality (even with Josh Allen) this year making it all the way to the AFC Championship when Vegas had the Jets as the best odds to win the AFC East prior to the season. They got completely out coached again against the Chiefs reinforcing all the doubts about whether McDermott has a playoff ceiling and is therefore oddly a victim of his own success.

I was team trade up for Brian Thomas Jr.. It wouldn't have cost us that much draft capital especially considering we got a 2nd rounder this year for Diggs. Beane needs to start returning my phone calls.

After watching that I'm actually impressed Kincaid was able to stop on a dime and put himself in position to make the sliding catch. However, he needs to make that catch.

I already said I watched it again and I was wrong. The blitz got to him too quick to turn his body fast enough to get it over to Shakir. Just being able to give Kincaid a chance was impressive. I do think with Shakir's speed he would've easily gotten the first down though if Josh had a clean pocket to throw to him.
