That's why he posted it without comment. Deion Sanders was an awful tackler too. Tackling was pry the weakest part of T. White's game too coming out of college.
Fans are definitely overvaluing his trade market on here. He's not a bellcow back. You'd be giving up compensation and know you're going to have to pay a good RB elite money. There's a lot of RB's in the draft that have similar attributes this year. You'd be lucky to get a 4th rounder for him.
I think CB is a fun pick as they can turn the game around with an Int with the bonus of it sometimes being a pick 6.
How would you rank them as far as fun picks? I'd pry go QB, WR, RB, TE, CB, DE, S, OT, DT OG, C, K, P.
He also admitted that we're basically screwed if he had to go man to man with the tallest WR's in the league. Lol. I was surprised with how candid Beane was as he just basically told us his scouting report.
It's never been a mystery to me how McDermott operates. He doesn't care if you're a rookie or not but he'll put in the player that he thinks will best help him win the game.
Outside corner is a premium position. I get if you don't like the prospect but not being a fan of taking one early is odd to me.
He excels at playing man coverage in zone.
In hindsight we pry should've seen this coming with the Bills moving more to man coverage instead of Mahomes/Burrow killing us with a thousand paper cuts. My hope was Will Johnson but obviously something was weird with the medicals. I was kind of apathetic with Hairston, Amos, or Revel. I just wanted a CB given the stupid fish and cardinals took my DT crushes. Happy with the Hairston pick and someone pointed out that his shoulder may have negatively impacted his tackling ability.
I don't think it was a coincidence they signed Tre White a few days before the draft instead of a few days after. Didn't want that McDuffie leap to happen to them again.
