There were a lot of offensive toys people fell in love with (Dobbins, Mims, Edwards). -

Some reviews.... I think we did okay. 54. Buffalo Bills: A.J. Epenesa, DE, Iowa Grade: A+ The Bills needed depth to help them get to the passer with Shaq Lawson gone. Epenesa (6-5, 274 pounds) is a powerful, explosive, big-bodied player. He can push blockers out of the way to get to the QB, and he can stand strong against the run. Epenesa is great value at this stage. He is a strong, technically sound edge rusher that could also slide inside. Few have produced at Epenesa's level in recent years. He is a great replacement for Jerry Hughes. I love the pick. Chris Trapasso gives the pick an 'A': Buffalo Bills: A.J. Epenesa, DE, Iowa - A+ GradeBack to sanity... The Bills' terrific offseason continues. A.J. Epenesa isn't a great athlete, which is why he fell out of Round 1. He could have still been chosen on Thursday, so I love this value. Epenesa doesn't fill a huge need, but the Bills are great pretty much everywhere, so it makes sense for them to add talent, regardless of the position. No. 54: Bills select edge A.J. Epenesa, Iowa Grade: A ... J (I’m sorry I’ll try to stop with the name-based grades) Another potential first round pick who slid thanks to a slow-as-hell showing at the Scouting Combine. Buffalo already had a scary defense, so he’ll have the chance to emerge as a rotational player and smush whichever replacement-level quarterback the Patriots trot out next season. The Bills didn’t have a first-round pick but they still managed to land a player who was seen as a Day 1 talent. He’s a power defensive end who just produced at Iowa. We know he’ll get good coaching in Buffalo. The Bills filled a need and got good value. -

Usually when the cause of death isn't made public it's a drug overdose or suicide. Very sad regardless. -
Would you trade 2021 1st for 33 today plus(revised)
Doc Brown replied to jkx2's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No because our roster is deep enough that we can compete for a Super Bowl now without jeopardizing our future. There's too many unknowns. Injury problems, drop off in QB play, and/or a tougher schedule may land us a top 15 pick next year. Plus, we may have to let Dawkins or Millano leave if they're overvalued on the free agent market. I also wouldn't include Dalton in the trade as giving up a 4th rounder and 17 million plus is too much to pay a backup QB who may not be thrilled to be Josh Allen's backup. The Bengals may just release him if they can't find a trading partner. -
Texans sign Laremy Tunsil to huge extension

Guy had 14 false starts in 14 games last year. Gave up two first round picks for him. Pay that man his money. -
I thought it'd be higher given the only competition was the Will and Grace series finale (I thought that show was done in the mid 2000's). I don't see a lot of viewership crossover there.

Nothing is more important than helping Allen right now
Doc Brown replied to Tesla03's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd say keeping your family safe during a pandemic but it's definitely a close second. The trade for Diggs helped him more than any draft pick could. Trading for Trent Williams would pry be the biggest help but short of that adding a WR/TE/RB in the 2nd round should help. -
Just watching him before the injury he reminded me and looked like Steve Young. Left handed qb with amazing accuracy at all levels. If he stays healthy I think the Bengals will regret passing on him.
