  1. 538 has us dropping from 96% to 94% chance with Raiders win. It doesn't matter too much but getting the Raiders to six losses would be nice.
  2. Is we win one of the next two games we have above a 99% chance of making the playoffs. Just win baby.
  3. It's a weird team. They won at Lambeau in Prime Time a couple games before ours.
  4. The Browns are a franchise that gained a fortune for the Jets to move up to draft Sanchez and still somehow lost that trade.
  5. Poor offensive coaching on our part. McDermott put Daboll on notice in a passive aggressive way following the game.
  6. It's all about coaching. A team with 25% less talent will win against inferior coaching. We saw it in Dallas.
  7. That rule change has been a disaster and an overreaction to last year's playoff game.
  8. Fitzpatrick doing Fitzpatrick things today. Winston fumbles up 25 doing Winston things today. Baker doing Baker things. Red zone is fun.
  9. If we win one more game it doesn't matter at all. A tie would be the ideal scenario though. Comeon tie.
  10. Nick Foles from Superbowl MVP 20 months ago to the bench in Jacksonville. Offensive schemes and supportive talent seem to matter.
  11. R Big Ben's tenure basically. Not many teams win there.
  12. My theory rests on the fact that the networks don't want perceived crappy teams in prime time slots as it's all about the ratings. That's why it's hilarious last year when the 49ers got all those prime time games after Jimmy G went down last year and the Jets got all these prime time games because they were almost everybody's "sleeper" team before the season.
  13. Another reason I want them to win is the Texans are a good postseason matchup for us so I hope they take the division as the four seed. I like our chances against O'Brien and no JJ Watt or Tytus Howard. At Arizona is no cakewalk either. Plus, the Bengals (now with Andy Dalton) will be playing their Superbowl against them trying not to go 0-16.
  14. Goodbye Alabama. So sweet to see the less than 1%. Roll Tide.
  15. It takes two to escalate a situation but being slammed to the ground about a second after you throw it on a garbage time screen pass would piss me off too. Was Rudolph just supposed to lay on the ground and take it? Even if Rudolph started it (which he didn't), there's no reason in hell to swing a helmet at another man's head. In a bar fight you're getting jail time if you hit a guy with a broken bottle.
  16. If you're dumb enough to play Garrett up 14 with 13 seconds left then you're dumb enough to wear a t-shirt in public that adds fuel to the fire. Maybe elevating a RB coach to head coach wasn't the greatest move for the Browns.
  17. This Ohio State offense is unstoppable. I wonder if Harbaugh bolts to the NFL next year after this debacle. It could be a three team NFC East race to get him. The Chargers could also be in play going into their new stadium.
  18. My prediction is the Ravens move past them for the 1 seed and then KC takes them out in the Divisional round.
  19. They put a Chick Fil A up on Transit and thinking of getting it tonight. Never been there before. What's the best meal and I hate pickles?
  20. Why'd they call defensive pass interference on two long throws by us then? Refs are human beings and therefore are susceptible to being "worked" by a coach, make up calls, and giving better players/teams (especially at home) the benefit of the doubt on close plays. There's a reason Michael Jordan got all the calls as he excelled in working the refs and being the best there ever was. It's no different in football. The officiating crews now are pry better than they were 20 years ago but now you have all these new player safety rules along with technology that allow us to pinpoint their mistakes in slow motion.
  21. I don't mind celebrations after a sack/touchdown as long as you're not down double digit points. Mocking the other players after a tough loss will just give them more motivation next time you play them. However, since we only play the Cowboys every four years I thought it was harmless. Classless but harmless.
  22. That's kind of what I like about him. I remember him screaming "he's open" when Tyrod threw the ball away and was the only network color commentator who clearly showed Tyrod's shortcomings. I rewatched the game with the commentary and he gave the Bills their fair share of praise. He also made a good point in the last ten minutes or so that these regular season national TV wins feel better than they actually are and losses feel worse than they actually are. He's played in a lot of Thanksgiving games so he's well aware of the emotions that follow.
