  1. I won't pick on you too much as the Polish people have to put up with enough playful ribbing already. You're right. I want my franchise quarterback with the game on the line to lateral it while falling down even though he already picked up the first down and had plenty of time left. Thank god Knox was smart enough to knock it out of bounds.
  2. You're both nuts. He threw the lateral while falling to the ground after the hit. It was careless and I'm sure he could take that decision back if he could. Just a lack of situational awareness as we had enough time left.
  3. I said it before Romo because I was screaming go down you idiot. Reminded me of Hyde returning it for a TD against the Fins.
  4. It showed me he didn't have a lot of faith in his kicker or punter. Also, you think you're going to get a PI when they haven't called one in play penalty on the Texans all day?
  5. I mean what are you trying to do on 4th and 27? Hope for either a miracle touchdown or a pick in the end zone to pin them back at their 20? It's amazing we even got the ball back to tie it thanks to O'Brien.
  6. Oddly enough that helped the Pats given they were at their own goal line with hardly any time left and no time outs. Only the Pats could throw a pick six and it could help them.
  7. If he was still upright when lateraling the ball it would of been a calculated risk. Falling down and lateraling it when you're about to hit the ground is reckless. He got away with a couple of fumbles today and the one they recovered the defenders finger barely grazed the ball. He needs to work on not trying to do too much like McDermott said, have better situational awareness, and take better care of the football. He can be a great quarterback as he's made some amazing throws few can make this year but those areas need to be improved.
  8. All true with the defense but you need to drill into your young qb's head that he can't make a blind lateral when going down or take a sack to knock you out of fg range. The latter has happened too many times this season and sometimes some tough love is what's required from a head coach.
  9. When I go to out of town conferences for my job my family won't even greet me at the airport.
  10. Not sure Shaq was 100%. We need to upgrade and acquire depth the DE position.
  11. Yup. You can't rely on your defense to be great ALL THE TIME. Look at the niners defense against NO game a month or so ago back when they gave up 46 points and still won. Need to upgrade RT (move Ford to guard), complimentary RB, and are in desperate need of a true #1 WR.
  12. I’d make a play for Mariota this offseason. We need a quality backup because Allen’s style makes him injury prone or if he doesn’t progress (or regresses).
  13. He’s under a microscope more than most qbs because so many pundits already labeled him a bust. He led a game tying drive and what should’ve been a game winning drive if it wasn’t for a blown call.
  14. The blinde ref who called a blinde side block.
  15. It's a toss up game as it would be close to a pick em on a neutral field. These teams are pretty even talent wise although I'd give us a small edge as defense is supposed to travel in the playoffs. I've seen picks based on Watson at this point being the better QB, playoff experience (Texans), or who has the better coaching (Bills).
  16. Go Bills!!!! Go Titans!!! Can't wait to play @KC next Sunday.
  17. Interesting perspective. I'd want the Bills name, logo, and colors back but I can see where you're coming from. If I recall the Argos, Stallions, and Apollos were all turned down. The Apollos name would've been pretty cool as they could do a space theme with the team.
  18. NFL Network's James Palmer said he was a "longshot" to play. We'll see though as disinformation is rampant when it comes to injuries this time of year.
  19. They'd be the Oilers if Bob McNair wasn't a jerk and retained all the franchises rights. At least Modell left the names, jerseys, and history in Cleveland. They definitely could've come up with a better name than the Texans though.
  20. Brown's had a great year but doesn't get the double coverage that Hopkins regularly faces. You know a WR is good when he can put up those kind of numbers despite every defense game planning to limit your production.
  21. That first Pats game really skewed his stats as Belichick confused the hell out of him. It's too small a sample size as he played better at home his rookie year.
