  1. I thought we still had him. In all seriousness, Daboll could've signed Hodgins at any time when he was on our practice squad. Let's just let this one play out until we think Beane made a Wyatt Teller type mistake.
  2. The main difference is he threw six in the red zone this year so they're more memorable and back breaking. What's amazing is his first red zone pick of his career wasn't until November of 2021. A harsh regression to the mean.
  3. Every game? Miami is the first one I can recall this season and he can't tell the darn future. He didn't like the look that he was in so he called a timeout. If they completed that long pass to Waddle we'd all be praising him. Plus, it's difficult to judge the outcome of a play when some of the players heard the whistle and didn't participate A wasted time out is at the end of the half when he took a timeout for what he thought was a Diggs touchdown even though the replay review has to come from upstairs. Although, he had to do that in the Colts playoff game a couple of seasons ago and I think that actually worked in our favor. Memory is fuzzy.
  4. A whopping 66 now. Allen threw for one more yard........on 27 less attempts yesterday.
  5. Just dawned on me the 49ers get a two day rest advantage over the Cowboys. I'm fine with that.
  6. Brady's going to be on a commercial next year trying to sell me life insurance.
  7. Ball was slightly moving before he touched the ground. Bullcrap.
  8. I'm not a conspiracy theorist but if this call is overturned the league wants to keep it close.
  9. Maher has as many missed extra points tonight than Bass does his entire career.
  10. If we were born with one foot I'd agree with you. However, two feet should be in play for it to count. Plus, even if that was the rule you'd pry still have a similar amount of reviews if it was one foot. "OOOOOOOOHHHHH...the left foot may have hit a blade of grass their Jim."
  11. What do you have against him? I love the talent but can't stand the cap limitations.
  12. Yeah. Whatever. Allen should've thrown for 400 yards and 4 TD's if Knox and Shakir don't drop the ball. Would've been a comfortable win. Maybe all this criticism this week is a good thing going into the Divisional.
  13. That's pry because every WC winner in that span had to face a team coming off of a bye in a six team format.
  14. I understand the league's reasoning but it doesn't mean the league was right. No matter what they did besides actually resuming the game somebody was going to feel more screwed than others. Heck, even KC fans are whining that they won't get to host the AFC Championship game if we make it there.
  15. If we beat the Bengals we would've had the #1 seed most likely. How is it any different than Bengals fans claiming they would've gotten the #2 seed if they beat us? I'll take a home game but they got the short end of the stick even worse than we did. KC were the only benefactors.
  16. Does CBS just keep them there for the week? Pretty soon they'll be able to identify an Alden accent.
  17. They surrendered only 231 yards made them settle for three field goals. They forced five punts, two turnovers, and six three and outs. The Fins only had one drive out of 15 where they went for more than 38 yards. That will win you most games.
  18. It took the destiny out of their hands just like it did for us getting the one seed. We at least got the neutral site out of it. They got zilch.
  19. Now it's about one and a half points since NFL teams have become better on the road over the years. They're saying we're a point to two better than the Bengals.
  20. If the Bengals looked like juggernauts tonight it may have. They weren't. I suspect it sticks right around three points throughout the week.
  21. True but their argument is if they beat the Bills they would've had the two seed. Honestly, they have a point.
  22. Maximum viewing. Nobody has to get up early on the West Coast or go to bed early on the East Coast.
  23. Yes they will. We're undefeated this year with Romo, Nantz, Poyer, and White.
  24. I'm feeling a little better about next week's game assuming Cinci wins.
