I live 10 minutes from the stadium and I just measured 31 inches. -
Poor coaching by McDermott is becoming a theme

Adam Gase had a 26-12 record in one score games as head coach. What's he up to nowadays? -
If you put Brady's brain in Rodgers's body you'd have an unstoppable quarterback.

Love seeing Rodgers struggle even though I pry should be rooting for them.

There he is.

Seriously, how complicated is our offense
Doc Brown replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
I wouldn't be surprised if Cook is a healthy scratch as soon as they feel comfortable with Hines as the 1B back. We made the move for Hines for this year and we don't have time to develop a rookie on the fly. -

It just feels like an offense who is still trying to find out its identity and they're trying too much at once. From the outside looking in I'd just simplify it for a game. Make Shakir the primary slot guy and have McKenzie be the gadget guy who takes maybe 25% or so of the snaps in the slot. As for running backs not named special teams ace Taiwan Jones, I'd only dress Singletary (RB 1A), Hines (RB 1B/punt returner), and Duke Johnson (backup/kick returner). Make Cook a healthy scratch. Our offense is still pretty fricken good but inexcusable mental lapses is why we're not 9-0 right now. Our best game was against Pittsburgh where it was mostly just Diggs, Davis, Shakir, and a split between Singletary and Cook. Just keep it simple stupid is what I'm getting at. -

Antonio Brown shares text from Brady blasting him

AB attempting to make someone else look bad only to prop that person up while making himself look even more pathetic is completely on brand. -
More people? No. The electoral college? Yes.

I doubt personality had much to do with it. He was just terrible at Call of Duty.

How hard would it be to flip 2 to 5 Republicans (depending on the final results) to vote with Democrats in the House on some things depending on the results? Usually there's at least a 10 seat buffer. Is McCarthy the right man for the job? Having a razor thin majority makes it extremely difficult to both put out legislation and obstruct every democratic legislative proposal.

Bills Open up as 9.5 pt favorite vs Cleveland

Take the under. We really should have a gambling subforum. They're a better team at home and 1-3 on the road. -
Pulse check - How confident are you that we can beat the Browns
Doc Brown replied to damj's topic in The Stadium Wall
Need to see the injury report and weather forecast. If this was week one in a dome we'd kill them. -
Yes. That was the strategy and we ended up with enough time to tie the game even after the botched snap/td. No problem with the use of the timeouts there. It would've been criminal not to use them.

You have a 250 pound 6 foot 5 quarterback and you have had zero problems with snaps between him and Morse all game and maybe the season? It's the safest play you could do with the least likelihood of taking a safety. Allen blew it in the worst possible way but you have to trust your 43 million dollar man to handle the snap cleanly. Allen absolutely choked but it was the right call.
-
I thought it was the correct call. Just horrible execution and a complete choke job. Better days ahead.

What coach plus Allen would be the most successful?
Doc Brown replied to Milanos Milano's topic in The Stadium Wall
If he'd come to Buffalo you'd be dumb not to. That's assuming everyone in the front office stays in place. -

Payton. Just look at what he did with Winston.
