  1. My guess is the Broncos will draft a QB and look for a trading partner for Lock. Bridgewater will be the bridge quarterback
  2. I saw that. Always safe to include him. I'm surprised Ed "too tall" Jones and Ron Yary weren't mentioned. Meanwhile Eli Manning was.
  3. OJ deserves to be on that list. Prime example of being the victim of the increasing cancel culture in today's society.
  4. Miami should consider it if Fields is there. God knows they have enough draft capital to build around him the next few years.
  5. Of course not. I want everyone vaccinated. I said last summer and defended FL, TX, AZ, etc. that it's the weather stupid. Outdated heating and AC units combined with people staying indoors more makes it more likely to spread. I don't know. You seem to be taking this rationally.
  6. Unless they get enough people vaccinated by then why wouldn't it mimic last year?
  7. Cases will spike in the summer in Florida again as people go indoors to their AC homes and the media will pounce on him again.
  8. The biggest weakness in our passing offense is when teams play us in press coverage and the addition of Sanders doesn't help improve that. There's only so much motion and window dressing you can do to get a free release off the line.
  9. Yeah but the 25% that would be impacted by Biden's proposed capital gains tax has the most control of the direction of the stock market. Going from 20% to almost 40% is crazy and they'll dump stock before the new rate goes into effect. My guess is there's no way that hike would pass with just one Joe Manchin no vote away from sinking it. They'll pry compromise between 25 and 30%.
  10. McCaffrey was more of a dual threat prospect compared to Etienne. Plus, the Panthers haven't won jack with him and just gave him that big money second contract and may already be regretting it. I get the thinking that Beane might feel more inclined to give away picks this draft given the impact Covid's had on scouting but he's about the last GM that would waste precious draft capital to jump up for a RB (a significantly devalued position) in the first round. He needs to hit on players in round 2 and 3 this year with all these big contracts he's already dished out (Milano, Williams, Dawkins, White) and is going to have to dish in the next couple of years (Allen, Edmunds (maybe), Diggs). We're too thin at CB, DE, and DT to do something crazy like trading up for a RB. Oh, that's why Tryon dropped to the end of the 2nd
  11. Two things I guarantee won't happen. Lions taking Mac Jones. Bills trading up for a running back. Other than that, every other pick is plausible. Bears would be more likely to trade with Chargers at 13 to jump Pats if Fields is somehow still there.
  12. One more quality player at another position would slide down the draft board.
  13. Could force a team like the Fins to take him in the 1st thinking he won’t be there in the 2nd. Increases chance of guy falling to us.
  14. In your OP you asked to name a right wing position that Republicans weren't hypocrites in the last five years. I listed six. I'm confused on what you're trying to accomplish here.
  15. I never gave it much thought until now but the thing I appreciated about the jersey number restrictions is there was a certain degree of professionalism about it compared to college. Like having to go from casual clothes in a lecture hall to a suit in an office. Then there's the sympathetic side of me who feel for people that shelved out $120 for a Lamb/Hopkins/Ramsey etc. jersey before last season.
  16. I said they hate them and you never asked what they passed.
  17. Not bothering to read responses but I’m pretty sure they still hate abortions, tax increases, minimum wage increases, expanding healthcare, gun control laws, environmental regulations, and damn dirty hippies.
  18. So did some of there main competitors like Adidas and New Balance. It's a dilemma for Nike because they want to expand their business in China but don't want to piss off consumers in their home markets.
  19. Obviously they're trying to appeal to the younger generations and these are the issues they care about. Even if it means turning off the get off my lawn crowd. The goal being to indoctrinate them into only buying their brand to cut off competition. It's a calculated risk that Nike pulled off (Kaepernick) despite having sweatshops overseas. They've consistently beat consensus estimates with their earnings and their stock price is at an all time high so they're doing something right.
  20. Only one of the pro bowls count because he was only selected on the original ballot once. I still think Belichick somehow rigged the pro bowl selection process this past year to get him in and make the Bills decision three million dollars more difficult.
  21. Did it make you a little nervous though?
