  1. I would've liked some kind of explanation of why the Supreme Court declined to hear his appeal given the gravity of this case nation wide.
  2. He's RB#4 on the depth chart. Just pretend he's an UFA and not a former first round pick. I doubt it. Pry just a Special Teams replacement for Rapp.
  3. The Eagles are the better team because they don't have as many injuries as us. However, the Bills are the more desperate team and I think they can match them in the trenches as it's the only place we're relatively healthy on both sides of the ball. I see a game that goes down to the wire and the homer in me will take the Bills 27 Eagles 24
  4. It's sad seeing a once great athlete struggle. However, I don't even think you should dress him at this point and I'm usually a glass half full guy. Roll with Floyd, Rousseau, Lawson, and Epenesa. I trust them more both in the pass rush and containing the edge (especially against a QB like Hurts).
  5. Jets defensive seems deflated for some odd reason.
  6. Buy: Ed Oliver. Guy is playing out of his mind and that contract many of us begrudged looks like a bargain. Sell: Von Miller. He's washed. It's not his fault but he's a liability out there right now. Hold: Joe Brady. It's just one game.
  7. 4th and inches and they go Shotgun run. Just unbelievable how coordinators on that level continue to make stupid calls.
  8. Geno doing his best Zach Wilson impression.
  9. Really strong drafting besides the Lance disaster, trades (T. Williams, McCaffrey, Young), smart free agency signings, and really good coaching. When fully healthy they're probably the best team in the NFL regardless of conference (they just destroyed the Jaguars).
  10. Pry because he would of tripped over a rubber mat at Saint John Fisher and messed up his knee. I'm pretty sure Kyle Shanahan could make Josh Rosen look like an all pro.
  11. It's amazing the 49ers are this good when they lit three first round picks on fire.
  12. I'm guessing it allows CBS to expand the Texans/Broncos game to 1:00 game to most of the country since Fox has the national window game at 4:25 with 49ers/Eagles. Nobody wants to watch Carolina and Tampa.
  13. When your starter is Kenny Pickett none of those games are gimmes. I can easily see them going 2-5 or 3-4.
  14. He would've helped us tremendously but not a fan of the person.
  15. It would be even worse if Beane didn't make the trade for Douglas. Losing Taron Johnson next week would be pretty deflating. Concussions are so unpredictable as far as timelines are concerned.
  16. We need the 12th man to step up today (just not on field goal blocks) and make Zach Wilson's life miserable.
  17. Poyer looks like his old self after a slow start and his PFF grade (I know it's not gospel) is similar to previous seasons. Hyde does look like he lost a step though and the metrics back that up.
  18. I don't care who the author is. "It has unfortunately taken 60 years for black Americans to realize what has happened to them and their culture." Couldn't figure it out after 55 years I guess.
  19. I love the arrogance here as it implies black people have been too dumb to vote for Republicans. The truth is that black Americans prioritize group solidarity in politics more than any other race in America out of necessity (only 13% of the population). They then can use their strength in numbers to hold the Democratic's party feet to the fire. If you don't meet our needs we'll withhold our vote.
  20. I knew Justin Jefferson was the problem.
  21. Dawson Knox was coming off a breakout season with 49 receptions, 587 yards, and 9 touchdowns. At the time we presumed he still had a lot of upside considering how raw he was coming out of college. The contract wasn't ridiculous although TE is a non premium position They just would've made Matt Barkley the backup if it was all about appeasing Josh. Kyle Allen has started a lot of games in this league and it was a decent signing for the price tag considering how much against the cap we were. These takes are just comical at this point.
  22. At least this means we pry won't have to play them next year.
  23. McDermott and Beane worked with him in Carolina and here so he pry had a good feel for his leadership skills. If there were any complaints among the players about him they kept it in house. I find it hard to believe he was promoted just because Josh "wanted him" as there was a lot of national reporting that he was a sought out candidate for offensive coordinator vacancies across the league after the 2020 season. To me the writing was on the wall for him to take over for Daboll whenever he got a head coaching gig when he was given the extra title of "passing game coordinator" along with qb's coach in 2021. I imagine he's going to get more opportunities as an offensive coordinator elsewhere in the future given he coordinated a top five offense for most of his tenure. Hell, Brian Daboll was offensive coordinators for three NFL teams before he came here and his resume was nothing to write home about.
  24. This is an absurd take. It’s $43 million a year.
  25. It's been tried and Daboll killed any hope that it will be tried again. Go to 7:55.
