  1. This game is rigged. Clearly roughing the kicker there. Saints should have a first down.
  2. Neither was John Beck. Doesn't mean he should be starting.
  3. Brady seems human when he doesn't have his usual all star cast of weapons.
  4. I always wondered why you can't challenge the play clock? Seems pretty simple.
  5. I like the idea of keeping two RB's fresh but since we rarely run in anyways I tend to agree with just featuring one prime back. We need to upgrade though. I want best o-lineman available and then best RB available in next year's draft.
  6. Especially if they keep going for two. Whatever. Just get in and anything can happen in this conference this year.
  7. I'll be an armchair psychologist and considering McDermott's paranoia about the Pats personnel during pregame warmups a few years ago, his comment saying let's not give Belichick too much credit, and his dead serious "you know who's up next?".........Belichick might be in his head.
  8. Pretty sure if the Ravens or Browns lose we'll still hold that 7th seed.
  9. Great play calling day by Daboll considering our decrepit offensive line. Frazier with a great game plan like usual. Obada and Hyde stood out to me with great games.
  10. I know WWII was important and with all due respect to Marv, this is a MUST WIN game!!!
  11. Edmunds is just good enough to ride through the 5th year option but just still too inconsistent to sign to an extension. Barkley is an overpaid running back who won't do jack squat unless we improve our interior. Let's not create a hole at MLB when we have more pressing needs at OL, WR, and unfortunately DT.
  12. Probably. I felt McDermott's frustration over the summer when you saw other teams fully vaccinated.
  13. Colts defense sucks. Jones already has more passing yards against the Colts than he did against us.
  14. The nightmare scenario is missing the playoffs and we seemed fine hosting them last season with basically the same team. I doubt the Bills play as poorly as they did earlier this year (weather dependent of course).
  15. No clue but I'm hoping his body reacted to it better this time as he spent four days in the hospital last time with severe symptoms. I'm guessing testing positive again (this time fully vaccinated) freaked him out at the very least.
  16. He didn't miss a game his first two years here before Covid hit so it's not like he just got the big contract and got lazy. I'm sure he played through some pain during those two years. I didn't have a problem with him sitting out a year with Covid given his body weight and how little we knew about it at the time. I'm with you that I have a huge problem with him not getting vaccinated considering he sat out a year. However, I doubt you're part of the training staff that knows the difference between Allen's injury and Star's injury. Yet alone concluding that Star is soft for not playing through it.
  17. You could make the case this team has a better shot at making the Super Bowl as a WC team. -It's highly unlikely we get the #1 seed if we win the division so we're going to have to win three straight to make the Super Bowl no matter what. -There won't be much difference in quality of teams from seeds 1 to 7 as the AFC is wide open. -We rely more on the pass than any other AFC team and our stadium is the windiest on average in the NFL. -We've played better on the road this year and across the league home teams are just 103-104-1 this year. -This team embraces the underdog mentality and seems uncomfortable as front runners. It would be nice to win the division but I just want to get in so I'm not going to lose sleep if the Pats beat the Colts on Saturday. Just find a way to get into the dance. -
