  1. Has this ever happened in Bills history? AFL days included.
  2. That was a salary dump though. Shenault's on his rookie deal. I'd definitely deal a 5th for him.
  3. They did and were able to reduce the cap hit from 8.4 million to 6.1 million. It's possible the Bills give him a new contract to lessen that cap hit. If they don't I agree with @Niagara Dudein that he's not worth 6.1 million against the cap.
  4. I think the Cardinals would beg to differ as they eat 9.4 million in dead cap. He did have 9.5 sacks in 2019 though. Sacks should not be the only benchmark. Pressures lead to the QB getting the ball faster than they want to. This can lead to picks, taking the check down as the down the field routes don't have enough time to develop, int's, etc... They're valuable.
  5. That's right. Elway came through for us just like he did in the '91 season's championship game.
  6. Possibly. It was reported that Elway was only interested in Baker and Darnold and just took BPA when neither fell to them.
  7. The Haslam's forced Browns fans into this moral conundrum and I'm not going to judge any of them. I'd personally be out though because a Super Bowl victory with Watson as the face of the franchise/franchise QB would feel hollow.
  8. They already showed who they were just by meeting with him. I see no difference between them and the other three teams that courted him. Cleveland was just willing to take on the most risk apparently.
  9. Just waiting on the Schefter tweet that says Andrew Luck is coming out of retirement to sign with the Colts.
  10. I think he we went through three head coaches (Marrone, Ryan, Lynn) and at least five QB's (Manuel, Thad Lewis, Tuel, Orton, Taylor) the four years he was here. I don't blame him leaving at all.
  11. He's not going to be easy to replace. I expect a lot more 12 personnel.
  12. Eh. Means nothing as correlation does not imply causation. We went 54 years without a team winning the Super Bowl in their host city before the Bucs and Rams did. Last year was the first time in 25 years all four NFL teams made the playoffs who were in the conference championship game the year before. No starting QB had ever won two rings with two different teams before Brady did. You get the point. This defense personnel wise is already better than last year before the draft assuming Tre White is back week one. It's always tricky with a new offensive coordinator but the offense should put up similar production to the last two years. We pry have the easiest road to the one seed out of any AFC team giving us the best chance of winning the conference with that bye and home field. Now it's a matter of hoping to stay healthy and taking care of business. The odds will always be against us as there's 32 teams in the league but I like our chances more than any NFL team.
  13. Probably. It depends on what are considered doors. Mailboxes, shipping crates, etc...
  14. There's some social media debate on whether there are more doors or wheels in the world. My uncle discussed the same thing when storming the beaches of Normandy.
  15. Yeah. I think Johnson and Hardy got over 80% of the snaps if I remember trying to research whether a trade for Danielle Hunter would be justified. LOL.
  16. Sure why not. One year 50 million.....
  17. I guess. McKissic must’ve really pissed Beane off.
  18. Really need to see the structure of this deal before giving an opinion.
  19. I made the mistake of forgetting Beane works at night. Wow.
  20. The good news is he’s just a freaking running back.
