  1. The Giants obviously will listen to offers for #5 and/or #7. Also, it's been reported that Bradberry and Toney are on the trading block.
  2. If we go CB it's not unreasonable to think he can be as good as Tre White was his rookie year.
  3. I'll take the Giants if available. If not, Jets or Packers. Just not the Patriots.
  4. He said he'd quit for good if Jimmy Clausen didn't turn into a franchise quarterback.
  5. I think they would've been able to figure out how to put up an extra estimated 109 million to build a stadium that would be able to support a roof when people finally came to their senses. Just a small quibble though as I find it a minor miracle they managed to build a new NFL stadium in the 2nd smallest NFL market (53rd overall) behind Green Bay . I'm sure with revenue sharing there were a lot of other owners that would've loved for them to move to a bigger market.
  6. They're okay looking I guess. The question of this thread was what position in the first round would we get significantly better with this year with a first round pick. It's hard to argue that CB or RB isn't the correct answer. As for depth, we could do worse than Ford, Capra, Mancz, and eventually Boettger. Quessenberry can also play guard if need be. I don't see it as dire of a need. However, long term Zion would be a great pick to replace Saffold.
  7. Makes sense in a booming region as they'll want to host Final fours, college bowl games, more concerts, Super Bowls, etc... Makes a lot more sense for them to have an enclosed downtown stadium than the Bills.
  8. This regime has never prioritized CB2. They like Dane Jackson and I think they're confident in their ability to find someone to compete as a starter in the later rounds at CB that can step in and start right away if need be. They may also sign a veteran.
  9. If Jameson Williams is still there at #25 Beane may go into cardiac arrest before turning the card in. He won't make it out of the top 15.
  10. Great football players make it a priority to study tape in order to get some type of advantage. First one in. Last one out.
  11. Here's the law in CA California has specifically outlawed "revenge porn." In California, it is a crime to post or otherwise electronically distribute a digital image of another person in order to harass, cause fear in, or lead to injury of that person. Revenge porn, sometimes called "cyber exploitation," is a form of nonconsensual pornography (NCP). Although disgruntled exes are frequently the perpetrators of revenge porn, strangers also commit NCP by hacking into others' accounts or devices and then posting images they find. Harassment By Means of Electronic Communication Anyone who uses an "electronic communication device" (such as a cell phone or computer, see below) can be charged with a misdemeanor in the following circumstances: Distribute or send. The law makes it illegal to distribute, post, email, or otherwise disclose any personal identifying information, including a digital image, of another person without consent; or to send a harassing message. Likely effect, on whom. The law applies when the distribution or sending would likely incite or produce harassment by a third party. Intent of the distributor or sender. The prosecution will have to prove that the defendant intended to place another person in reasonable fear for his or her own safety (or that of an immediate family member). (Cal. Penal Code § 653.2.) Any individual who engages in harassment by electronic communications may also be charged with misdemeanor stalking under California law. (Cal. Penal Code § 646.9.) For more information about stalking, see Harassment and Cyberbullying as Crimes. The California statute defines the terms used in the statute, as set forth below.
  12. I think he wanted a younger Jimmy G without the injuries to run his offense. It's been reported that before trading for Jimmy G he was hoping to get Kirk Cousins so I think a mobile qb isn't a high priority for him. I was surprised they drafted Lance.
  13. I think Mac Jones was the pick but Shanahan talked himself out of it.
  14. It’s the straw that can break the camel’s back. We’re going to have to agree to disagree.
  15. Does Andy Reid roll the dice on a younger Tyreek type WR? The Pats maybe. Jets? Just stay in SF for crying out loud.
  16. No. That's faulty logic because you were already paying that much in state taxes before the 2017 TCJA.
  17. With the 33rd selection, the Jacksonville Jaguars select Tyler Smith, OT, Tulsa. The Jaguars need to do everything they can to protect Trevor Lawrence. Tyler Smith is extremely athletic but raw. The ideal situation for the Jaguars is he can learn and develop behind Cam Robinson for a year. Hopefully he can become the long term solution to protect Lawrence’s blind side. The Lions @frostbitmic are on the clock.
  18. They went 3-14 and they were outscored by 204 points. They were not good. Having said that, Bengals lost to the Jets. Bucs lost to the Skins. Chargers and Titans lost to the Texans. It's the NFL. ***** happens.
  19. I also worry about his hands with Allen throwing him the ball as drops were a problem. When I see him run downfield I don't see that 4.38 40 time so that time suprised me a little.
  20. It's easy if you try. Just another reason to leave a place you've lived your whole life to a warmer more tax friendly state.
  21. Capping the deduction gives them an incentive to leave. Yes.
