  1. Can't you do both? I keep a glock 17 and a Remington shotgun in my house. Have always pretty conservative when it comes to guns. My mind has changed somewhat when it comes to assault rifles though as two 18 year olds within a week legally purchased AK-15's and killed a total of 32 unlucky people including 19 children. I'm open to raising the age to own an assault rifles to 21 nationally, more comprehensive background checks including mandatory training to own an assault weapon like an AR-15, spending more money on security at public places, and doing the best to put more resources in addressing the mental health component.
  2. 1.) CB - what will Tre White look like coming back? Are we putting too much on Elam? 2.) Outside WR - We know longer have the luxury of Davis filling in when Diggs or Brown/Sanders is tired. Injury we may be starting Kumerow outside. 3.) DE - We have know proven pass rusher besides Van Miller. We spent a lot of draft capital and either Rousseau, Basham, and/or Epenesa must step up. We all know that Lawson is a below average pass rusher and an above average run defender.
  3. McKenzie was the kick returner in both playoff games so I think he retains that role. The punt returner is up for grabs though.
  4. Anybody know his muffed punts percentage?
  5. "Been invited" and they'll pry be subpoenad if they don't oblige.
  6. Five minute walk from my house growing up. Rats and Maria's pizza was the only good thing about Angola. Worked in the kitchen there and then as a barback through college. Great memories and there was no better place to be around the 4th of July. Have to get back out there this summer. Sad to see it go.
  7. That's pry what Hopkins was counting on.
  8. That's a good point about the contract. If the Texans reneged on their promise to involve him in hiring a new GM and head coach then I don't have a problem with requesting a trade. If they didn't specifically promise him that then that's shady on Watson's part. Not as shady as the sexual allegations though of course.
  9. It wasn't just that. They consistently failed to invest in the o-line. They traded Hopkins for peanuts because he couldn't get along with the head coach. They managed the cap terribly. Basically, they did the exact opposite of what Beane provided for Josh. Imagine if Beane failed to significantly upgrade the 2018 o-line and traded away Diggs for a washed up running back. I'd want out too as I would want to survive for a third contract.
  10. I don't think this is the play you're talking about but it was funny to me.
  11. Something tells me the Browns will insist a guy named Big Mike gives him a massage on team facilities with cameras moving forward. Lol.
  12. You’re the one who brought up how their stock has fallen from what I believe you perceived as if it’s a backlash against something they did to piss conservatives off. I counter that their net income for the year was 470 million dollars and their decline in stock price is had more to do with the stock market declining as a whole. You won’t even defend your position. Instead you go for the condescending “you don’t know what you’re talking about” defense. I hate these arguments. When’s training camp? Lol.
  13. What point are you trying to ultimately make?
  14. Bud. You’re conflating stick price with net profit.
  15. The stock market has taken a hit but Disney is still turning an impressive profit. Donald Duck just bought 15,000 shares so it could be a great buying opportunity.
  16. Their revenue reported on 5/11/2022 is up 23% so far this year and they had a net income of about 470 million. What are you talking about?
  17. Too gimmicky. With a 17 game (soon to be 18) game regular season. I'd rather them not have overtime during the regular season. In the post-season I think they finally got it right with the most recent rule change.
  18. It's the World Wide Leader in "Sports."
  19. ESPN+ went up 66% in 2021 to 17 million subscribers. Get ready to figure out how to download ESPN+ onto your TV in five years for MNF.
  20. I know these are pry fake but 95 is about right. Consistency is his only real issue. I'd put Brady, Mahomes, and Rodgers at 95 too. Kenny Pickett over Carson Wentz is pretty funny. There's no way Lamar should be ahead of Herbert and Burrow. Cousins is way too low and I'm not a fan of his game.
  21. I was surprised when they put the franchise tag on him and I'm even more surprised they gave him 28 million guaranteed. I need to see the contract details but there's no way he should make 28 million guaranteed based off what he's done so far in his career. They're banking on untapped potential and a future explosion in the TE market. Give me OJ Howard at one year 3.5 million who has just as much potential as Njoku.
  22. Yeah. I generally support people who make a political stand they feel strongly about as long as he’s willing to live with the consequences. After the workout snuff, the settled lawsuit with the NFL, the Nike deal, and the Netflix show where he compared the NFL draft combine to slavery. I think if he does get signed as a backup he’ll continue to be a provocateur with his politics and won’t be focused on football. I’d avoid signing him as he’s not worth the headache.
