  1. It's not worth it. You'd have a better chance of convincing Bills fans it wasn't a forward lateral.
  2. House of cards is all it ever was. Having said that, I might buy the dip if it gets below 9k.
  3. My memory is a little fuzzy but with those traits and numbers why was Johnson a 4th round pick? I remember him being touted as a developmental prospect. Just looking at their NFL careers in a vacuum I see a lot similarities. between him and Jones.
  4. I think it'll be easier as we won't have the same gluttiny on the defensive line. It was surprising we kept 11 d-lineman but we did last year. I think we only keep nine this year (five DE's and four DT's). Ankou goes to practice squad. That would open up a 7th WR spot and a spot elsewhere.
  5. There's ways around that where you can give players a significant amount of money early on while maintaining a minimum cap hit. Beane better pay his accountants overtime.
  6. It's possible to extend both Poyer and Hide through 2024 and frontload their contracts. Then you can back load the contracts of whatever young players they wish to keep past their rookie deal (Edmunds, Oliver, Knox) if need be as the salary cap should go up significantly by the time 2024 rolls around.
  7. If everybody adds an Ukraine flag to their social media handles this war would've already been over.
  8. Right. Reid Ferguson and Andre Roberts are the two that come to mind. I don't remember them ever doing it in June though. Strange.
  9. I made it a point to not follow anyone with a Ukraine flag on twitter. The self righteousness is nauseating. I now feel more confident in my decision.
  10. This is what frustrates me about this bill. The age needs to be raised to 21 for aussault rifles as for reasons I stated earlier in the thread. Two 18 year olds legally buying assualt rifles and killing a combined 33 people in the span of two weeks inlcuding 19 children Most of the public obviously agrees but we really can't get 60 Senators to include this provision? Really? It just pisses me off.
  11. You don't see Biden pushing a revamped crime bill like he supported in the 90's when the US homicide rate was nearly double what it is today? I'm kidding.
  12. Contenders in order: Bills, Chargers, Chiefs, Ravens, Bengals, Broncos, Colts Prenders in order: Raiders, Dolphins, Titans, Browns (assuming they go with Brissett). Living off reputation: Patriots, Steelers Last year was darkest before the dawn: Jaguars, Jets LOL: Texans
  13. Hope she gets well soon. My brother in law works in the Sabres marketing department and has always had nothing but nice things to say about her as she's very hands on (in a good way).
  14. There’s not many times a 25 year old proven elite qb becomes available. Let’s not forget there was a bidding war between four teams for this guy once the criminal charges were dismissed. The Browns did what they felt they had to in order to get him to Cleveland. Now they’ll live with the consequences.
  15. I don't know if you paused the game to go into hibernation.......but you might want to hit play.
  16. This is where it doesn't go far enough but I'll take anything at this point. Under 21 Enhanced Review Process ● For buyers under 21 years of age, requires an investigative period to review juvenile and mental health records, including checks with state databases and local law enforcement. Not much of a chance for a criminal record when you're a minor. Raise the age to purchase a gun of any kind to 21 and then do a thorough review for gun purchases. That seems to be the new adulthood age anyways as you can't even legally have a beer until then. Make an exception for those under 21 who join the military who are trained on how to use a weapon.
  17. Early death if they ate all that much in one meal. Also, rookie mistake ordering two orders of fries from five guys when one easily feeds two.
  18. We already knew he'd be acquitted in the Senate so I didn't waste my time with the hearings. Removing him in the last couple of weeks in his presidency would've been political suicide for the GOP with his diehard supporters. People have already made their minds up after January 6th so I agree these congressional hearings are pointless.
  19. I can guarantee you Mitch Morris isn’t even in the top 32 of his position. You triggered me for about five seconds. Well played.
  20. I'm the wrong one to ask as I didn't watch a second of the hearings. From what I've heard they haven't yet revealed any shocking new evidence as it just seems to be typical political theater. Dems wanting to take the focus off inflation, gas prices, stock market decline, etc... Republicans just wanting to put that day behind them to move on to the midterms without Trump's stupid election fraud claims coming back into focus.
