  1. PFT is my go to because the NFL wishes it would go away.
  2. Serious question in all this silliness. Is the ultimate goal to make Trump less palatable to Republican primary voters in 2024?
  3. Why would he skip OTA's when he's been there the last four off-seasons if it wasn't for a new contract? It's possible but highly unlikely it was for other reasons.
  4. That's the law on the books right now but it will change on July 7th. A near-total ban on abortion will become law in Mississippi in 10 days after Attorney General Lynn Fitch published a bulletin with the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office this morning certifying that the U.S. Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade. The certification paves the way for a 2007 trigger law to become effective on July 7, 2022; it will “prohibit abortions in the state of Mississippi” at any stage “except in cases where necessary for the preservation of the mother’s life or where the pregnancy was caused by rape.” In order to obtain an abortion under the law, a rape victim must have reported the assault to law enforcement. Anyone violating that law by providing an abortion could face up to 10 years in prison, the same as Mississippi’s pre-Roe v. Wade abortion laws. At Fitch’s urging, the U.S. Supreme Court’s Republican-appointed majority overturned the 49-year-old precedent on June 24, 2022, and upheld Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. Friday’s ruling immediately banned most abortions after 15 weeks, but the much harsher 2007 law will force the state’s only abortion clinic, the Jackson Women’s Health Organization, to completely cease providing abortions on July 7.
  5. Don't get me started with that. LOL. This is an abortion thread so I won't sway the conversation.
  6. He dropped a ball that at least would've put us in position to tie on the final failed drive. Still can't believe we lost to the darn Jaguars.
  7. That's true but they're much more likely to graduate so they have the means of paying it off with their advanced degrees. It's why just forgiving all student debt is just a really dumb idea.
  8. Not sure but about 75% of those who didn't graduate with loans attended private universities that are obviously way more expensive than state schools and now are way in debt because of it. By forgiving student loans we're basically bailing a lot of people out who made the bad choice to attend a private school and were too lazy and/or competent to graduate. Got to love America.
  9. About 37% of student loan debt is amongst those who didn't graduate from four year schools so are they considered non-college educated?
  10. You make a great case of why it should be left up to the voters.
  11. Right. It's the unpopular opinions thread. I always ask to not even get a pickle on the side so the disgusting juice doesn't leak onto my burgers or fries.
  12. The Shawshank Redemption is overrated. Mustard, pickles, relish, and horseradish are awful.
  13. I'd pry go with Murray (when healthy) and Stafford over Dak but it does suck the AFC is loaded at the QB position.
  14. Browns really did their homework on this guy. Pry should've just drafted Allen in '18.
  15. Uncalled for. The camera crew taping the Rams walk through at the Super Bowl and the Cincinnati sideline prior to the week they played them was all for a harmlessly fun documentary their fans could enjoy. Plus, who doesn't destroy their sim card in their phone at regular intervals?
  16. He's played well when Hill's missed starts. I think he'll be fine. I think we're going to have the Mahomes/Allen debate for the next decade which is fine with me.
  17. My guess is if the workout was good the Raiders would be promoting it and he would be signed by now. Not even a camp tryout. Instead, they're more comfortable with Nick Mullens and Garrett Gilbert as backups.
  18. Something tells me they may forget to bring that name with them when they move to the new stadium.
  19. The divorce happened when they signed Watson. The final paper work just got screwed up.
  20. We also have people like Hitler, Stalin, and Bin Laden who I wish were aborted.
  21. It's on youtube. We won 27-20 but both helmets were awful.
  22. I'm not 100% convinced of that as I don't think Bon Jovi or Trump wouldn't have been wanted to be viewed as the next Art Modell. I'm glad the Pegula's bought the team though. Obviously.
  23. It's obviously too far if true but the tweet in itself is a lie. It wasn't assigned to them. It was an e-mail sent to middle and high school students from the district that recommended books to read over the summer from a linked Illinois Lincoln Award List. Whoever put out the list should be disciplined though whether it was intentional or negligence. The part that bothers me is why it made the Illinois Lincoln Award list.
  24. The Browns have around 41 million in cap space and Baker is set to make 19 million. Baker should say give me a $27m dollar raise to get me to a $46m one year deal and I'll bail you out.
