Do we get Jamison Crowder back this season?
Doc Brown replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don't think you sign Beasley if you think Crowder's coming back to play a significant role. I highly doubt it this late in the season.- 83 replies

Texans LT Laremy Tunsil Wants to be Highest Paid Tackle
Doc Brown replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall
His last extension made him the highest paid left tackle and he's still third in average annual value. Of course he'll ask for this. -
Leslie Frazier expected to be "in the mix" for Broncos HC job

Dan Quinn and Schottenheimer as his OC could also be an interesting possibility. -
True but I doubt the Bengals lose to the Ravens at home. Even if they did I think the Chargers or Dolphins (assuming Tua is playing) beat the Ravens in the Wild Card round.

Josh McDaniels doesn’t rule out benching Derek Carr

According to you the running backs are the only weapons they have. That's called moving the goal posts. -
No because one team is better than another. It does take the 20% chance or so you have of losing away though if you have that bye week. Plus, it gives your team time for banged up players to rest and prevents possible injuries from the first round game. Also, there's a shot of a Wild Card team of upsetting the Chiefs and/or Bengals in the first round. The biggest benefit of the one seed is you're guaranteed not to have to play the Bengals or Chiefs in the Divisional round. If we're the three seed we'd likely have to go through Cincinnati and Kansas City in their house to reach the Super Bowl. This game is huge.

Their best weapon is Garrett Wilson. -

Surprised Brian Schottenheimer's name isn't on there given Russ had his best years under him as offensive coordinator. -
Unless Burrow or Herbert have the two best years of their career the next two years this record might stand for some time. What Marino did his first five seasons is incredible though given the era he played in. I love Jim Kelly but draft Marino instead of him in '83 we'd be looking at multiple Super Bowl titles.

Would you say the same thing for Mitch Morse?

Aikman's overreacting a tad there.

Still sends a message of different rules for the privileged. The Bills aren't essential personnel. It also undermines all the local politicians who are yelling and ticketing people for not following the travel ban. I love the social media feed of them leaving Rochester at the airport to a yelling Bills mafia though.

That's fair. I understood the Fins hiring him but he never should've gotten a second head coaching job. I remember the Jets justification for hiring him was that his offenses got worse each year he coached in Miami because he wasn't technically the offensive coordinator and that he was a "QB whisperer" who would fix Sam Darnold. Basically ignoring his last three years of work in a rapidly evolving NFL.
-
His resume was pry good enough to get him the Dolphins job but his offense in Chicago and Miami vastly under performed with the talent they had. It was a horrible hire by the Jets. Peyton Manning pretty much made any offensive coordinator he had look good.
-
My guess is they want the coordinators to still be able to focus on their units with only two games left. An oversight temporary head coach is pry the best way to go given they play the Chiefs and Chargers. Don't want to stain Evero's future candidacy by getting blown out twice as head coach.

Reminded me of the first Fins game last year as far as miserable road blowouts go. Remember people. We're only happy with a victory if our passing game was humming and Josh played lights out.

Okay Carr. One more pick and we won't have to hear about Allen tied for the league lead in INT's. Don't let me down. -

Nah. If we learned anything these last two years, conditions will be fine in Orchard Park in January. -

Allen's sample size in the playoffs is large enough where I'm not going to fret about a two interception game in the regular season in tricky elements. He threw three picks against the Falcons last year near the end of the year. -

Prime Time against a good defense Allen > day time game against a terrible defense Allen. He makes no sense.
