Ok I was under the impression he retired after the game he was called up to play in and the contract was not terminated. Not an expert on those rules or exactly if it was retired/cut yada yada been trying to find the video i seen with more knowledable people where I heard the Bucs held his rights

But when I hear from players like Ostroski, Thomas, Fina and others they understand and certainly do not have some of these takes.
