    I said this in the other thread but will say here, if the decision was coming in less than a month (final decision from an arbitrator per the article), and he had the league by the balls, why settle? I dont think it was as clear cut as many think

    I dont like the idea of using a national emergency to do it, as like you said it sets a bad precedent. I am also wondering why he waited to have the bill passed before he sent out the declaration, there has to be a reason

    I have been a Dolezaj fan since early last season, and he seems to be getting his mojo back after he looked a little shaky early this year. And I agree with most everything you say here, I feel like right now he doesnt feel like its his place to do somethings when he absolutely should.
