Water is definitely the biggest issue. It takes something like 100 gallons just to get 1 hamburger on your plate. Thats factoring in the water used to grow whatever the cow eats and drinks until it’s slaughtered, etc. Im not a huge fan of Bernie but he’s actually right when he talks about environmental refugees. Yemen has been out of water for years. They will have to be relocated. It will also lead to more terrorism since they’re literally starving to death. I don’t hate you because you’re fat. Speaking of “next President” Watch out for Dem Governor Cooper from NC. Hugely popular moderate in a purple state. Overall good dude. If he chooses to run for higher office, he will win.

That’s really the worst part of it too because Russia then launched their digital operation/micro-targeting in those states down the stretch.

It’s a mixed bag. Retirees go to these states because they’re on a fixed income and don’t have to pay tax on their SS. The downside to that is you have a population that doesn’t care about the state itself, schools, etc. They don’t want to pay for anything. Lots of college kids. Half of them don’t end up staying there too long. it’s not like people are moving there because they like Ted Cruz and DeSantis. Lol. That’s silly. Raleigh has the research triangle which supplies a bunch of new jobs for young people. HC is another big one in the states since the population is old as dirt.

Florida is an environmental disaster after years of Republican rule. You can’t even go to the beach anymore. It’s either red tide, or some other disaster. There just isn’t any reason to go there anymore.

That won’t happen until the blue states stop subsidizing the poor red states.

Fascism is the result of Nationalism. Trump ran as a Nationalist. One only has to open a history book about WW1 and what happens when Nationalism takes center stage to see that.

The difference in today’s politics is Fascism. If you’re still sitting around watching FOX, you’re a straight up fascist. There’s nothing “conservative” or “Republican” about any of that. You’re being fed poop sandwiches by corporate fascists and you’re asking for seconds.

That’s my point. You don’t know where the center is. Obama was a moderate. Obama was socially liberal but economically conservative. He governed as a conservative like Reagan. He compared himself to Reagan. Biden is to the left of Obama economically, but slightly to the right of Obama socially. This is why Trump was terrified to run against Biden. They were fighting over the same chunk of voters and he knew it would become a “likability” contest and he would lose.....and he did.

Tucker is a fiscal conservative/libertarian. He doesn’t tell you that anymore. Thats not what Trump is or ever was. Totally different people at their core. It’s all an act.

Just look up the definition of a Reagan Democrat. Add some entitlement and wealth, and that’s Trump. That’s who he’s always been. He was never a guy that really cared about issues, which was quite obvious after 4 years of not passing any meaningful legislation. The reason R’s never turned on him or threw him off a cliff is because he followed the Heritage Foundation script. He isn’t a conservative at all at his core. He doesn’t care about things like that. That’s for the plebs to chew on. Both parties were racist throughout the 70’s and 80’s. There wasn’t much difference back then. Just size of government and taxes and spending.

Trump was a typical racist northern Reagan Democrat from the 80’s but he didn’t run or govern as one. He just did whatever the Heritage Foundation wanted him to do. He strictly followed their script the entire 4 years he was in office.

John Tester is a good example of a slightly right leaning moderate. John McCain wasn’t a moderate. Hes the Democratic Senator from from Montana.

What you actually view as moderate isn’t really moderate. Your party went way off the reservation years ago and your political compass is skewed.

If you want a glimpse of who he really is, pull up some old episodes from when he was on PBS, if that’s possible. Im not excusing his recent behavior. It’s awful..

Tucker plays a vile loser on TV. It’s all an act. That’s not at all who the guy really is. I wish I could tell you how I know that. He’s actually really moderate. Trumpers would hate the real Tucker.

If he can’t block and he’s a fumbler, he won’t be the pick. Be interesting to see what they decide.
