It’s not it’s an automatic foul that gets tacked onThat makes me feel better about how that went. Kind of an odd quirk in the rules, why would they not tweak the rule to avoid a situation where a team benefits from their own penalty?

It’s added to the end of the run. They didn’t decline itI know but wouldn't the decline avoid the stoppage? Is it not declinable?

Why in gods name did they accept the defensive holding on the Josh first down run? Doesn't the clock run 40 seconds on a decline? 5 yards towards a new first and 10?

This team isn’t winning anything. Sorry.
Beating themselves against a terrible defense. Imagine them against a team like the Ravens right now

I missed that. What did he say?
He was visibly still heated and said the ball can't be thrown short of the end zone in that situation

Was wound up to hurl my tablet aceoss the house when that got tipped. Just a pump fake

The value of the divisional matchups and rivalry over time is more important than the seeding in my opinion. If they were to do away with division winners for seeding purposes, I would still prefer the scheduling of the games stay as it is now.

I always felt that thinking is very flawed. I like pairing a franchise QB with a defensive head coach. The key factor in both cases is the coach must be good at his job.
We have a top 10 offense and defense every single season.
I think teams get to a point talent wise where expectations increase in the playoffs and performance in the regular season is more or less expected. Playoff performance across the years has not seemed great on the defensive side of the ball.
It's hard to imagine Belichick not being able to hold on to a lead with 13 seconds in an offensive shootout game.

I think his flaws would be more forgivable relative to his strengths if the strengths didn't disappear almost every time they play an elite offense.
The Dolphins game is a positive aberration to this, but every time Burrow comes in and kicks the living ***** out of them to the point where they don't appear to belong on the same field, it makes you wonder if he's good enough as a defensive head coach to justify having instead of hunting for multi-year continuity with an offensive coach alongside Allen.
It doesn't feel like this team will ever be able to win consecutive playoff games against top talent. It's hard for fans to know if that's because of our player talent or coaching, but obviously it always feels better to believe it's coaching

I was thinking the same when I saw Lamb come up gimpy.
That stat where our opponents have an overwhelmingly negative record the following week is not going to help us there. I'll probably have a wager on Miami depending on the line

Josh isn't even going to get to 100 yards passing. Imagine someone telling you a month ago that we'd blow out the Cowboys while generating zero turnovers and Josh throwing for under 100 yards.
He's not even going to throw a pick.
Maybe.

31-3 feels so good
Season long differential about to get even more elite. This is more significant as it's not just pounding out the Raiders and Redskins

IF Dallas scores here now everything changes.
they were ready to lay down and die.
I'm not sure anything changes until they can stop the run. If the Bills can possess for the ball for the greater part of a quarter every drive this lead is insurmountable

What's the current situation on getting his cap hit off the books? Are we looking at a two year amortization of a large amount if he's cut in the designated way next year?

If that wasnt a hold then holds never happen
Blatant wrap and hold that influenced the rush right in front of the QB. You could see that one from the moon

We didn’t deserve the win. The 12 men on the field, just a Bills perfect ending.
Bills have the best 13th man in the league out there in Orchard Park

You do understand that the responsibility for the field goal team is likely on the special teams coach?
It is likely that the late DB injurie messup up the field goal team D.
The D played well enough to win tonight. Who coaches the D?
The special teams coach reports to him as well. Top down the whole show is rotten this year and has been on a downward trajectory for too long

I'm so numb to this I laughed. It's sickening. Seriously.
I laughed too. Even if we win this it's just another obvious example that they aren't competing for anything this year, so may as well get some extra fuel on the fire for regime change.

I realized that I just didn't realize that the clock stoppage couldn't be avoided. The defensive holding penalized the Bills ultimately. Obviously the clock was way more valuable than 5 yards there but there's nothing that could be done to avoid it on a running play it seems
