Bills over/ under wins set at 8.5
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah I hear yeah but that’s why I say as of today because as of today buffalo really can’t beat starting quarterbacks in the NFL I mean teams real quarterbacks they just can’t beat them I mean they can beat the Dwayne Haskins and Ryan Fitz Patrick’s and the duck Hodges and Brandon Allen’s of the world but Lamar Jackson Deshaun Watson Tom Brady Baker Mayfield Carson Wentz they lost to everyone Oh they did beat dak Prescott And Sam Darnold when he had mono in a 2020 it’s Patrick Mahomes Ben Roethlisberger Russell Wilson possibly Tom Brady twice again Jimmy G Kyler Murray Jared Goff But I guess that’s the real quest for the bills next season to see if they can elevate from beating the back ups to beating the starters -

2 seasons in and their rivalry really hasn’t taken off the way it was thought. Being such good friends, of their generation...really see it difficult for either of them to have a “killer instinct” against the other when it’s game day. probbaly lead to a lot of Splits through out their careers. but first they have to start actually playing each other. 4 games so far and they’ve only played in 1 where they were both “healthy”. Technically Darnold is 2-1 but no one is counting the Week 17 game. So 1-1 in two season. Each having a comeback against the other. Pick it up! -
Move over QB Purgatory. Buffalo is now in Franchise Purgatory. Beat all the duds. Lose to all the studs. i know it is not college. But eventually the bengals and dolphins and redskins of the world vanish and you have to, not lose close, but actually BEAT the Ravens, Patriots, Chiefs of the AFC. 2020 will be a great opportunity to do that.

That feels like the right move. 27-23 record over 3 three seasons (including playoffs to which he is 1-1.) He had a whopping NINE games in 2019 end up loses that were by 7 or less points. heard it mentioned that if there is one team that will flip again from “bad” to “good”, put the money on chargers. that sounds right to me.

Mahomes contract predictions
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to NoSaint's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
His new deal and how he negotiates it will really show what he is about and wants. literally he’s accomplished everything you need to accomplish at only the age of 24. NFL MVP, Super Bowl MVP Super Bowl champion. with the statistics he’s already compiled he probably could play out the next half a dozen seasons never win another Super Bowl and by the time he retires have such good stats he’s a first ballot Hall of Famer… Shoot he’s already a Hall of Famer So technically he doesn’t really have to care about winning at the highest level anymore because he’s accomplished it all. but if he truly wants to be legendary and have an argument for Mount Rushmore of quarterbacks then he’s going to need more Super Bowl titles and he’s going to need players around him to win those titles which means he’s going to have to be smart with his contract so we shall see. -
Andy Reid just punched his ticket to Canton
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Reid was going regardless. but Patty Mahomes is the real guy who punched Canton Ticket tonight. League MVP Super Bowl MVP Super Bowl Champion get the tailor sewing the threads now! -
It’s interesting...might have missed some but McDermott had SIX 1st Round Picks on his Defense this season. That might be described as a embarrassment of riches. And counting Allen that’s SEVEN 1st Round picks. now someone else might have to add up the blue chip talent Shanahan had to work with (I think 3 offensive lineman are 1st rounders). Not sure on defense. but based on having that level of talent I’d say it might be pretty close if not a PUSH.

You got quotes from Mara and the others going back m to 2016. “Buffalo! Build a new stadium!” Not saying that the approval of Pegula buying the team hinged on him guaranteeing he would build one. But with so many Powerful owners wanting it...can’t imagine it wasn’t made clear to Pegula before he was allowed to buy the team...what they expected from him. Now they want theirs.

I dunno. Can u? i juz playin. Juz plying. your alright mans. Your alright. Hey! No hard feelings. Jus messin wit you. You alright! Awesomeness! Just know where you stand. Nobody looks dumber than a Jets fan criticizing Bill Belichick on how to run the Patriots. Unless, it’s a Bills fan telling Bill Belichick how to run the Patriots. -

Oh please. I’m an adult, your an adult. So let’s talk like adults and attempt to be honest about the true motivation behind bashing of Bill O’Brien. Anything less is simply disingenuous. The root of the criticism from “billsmafia” stems from one area and one area alone. -

I’m not gonna stop anyone related to a mediocre/average teams from criticizing teams that are superior. Its just a really dumb look for those folks. Be as unimpressed as you want. End of the day...O’Brien gets the win, Buffalo takes the losses. But keep saying he’s bad. It’s a “unique” look. -

You know...there were too many men on the field with both teams and media on the field before game clock struck 00:00. But...common sense.
