How ironic. The Man who got Coach McDermott the Buffalo job (Cam Newton), may be the one to bring it to a end.

COVID-19 took the heat off Belichek & Kraft
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the simplest answer is...they aren’t taking away the Patriots Rings or Legacy. certain bills fans need to accept and move on. -
The idea of “winning/losing” in these games seems so frivolous now. The illusion of the games mattering and the players taking the field for some higher purpose like securing the Super Bowl in victory for the glory of their city/team has been completely shattered. These players are simply being sent out for these games for 1.) $$$$. 2.) Public distraction Im wondering how many of these players will even take this season seriously (because it isn’t). They should just play 8 exhibition games in a bubble city and donate the proceeds to charity for BLM, Covid Relief, Recession/Depression relief.

How would you feel about a 6 game NFL season?
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to JetsFan20's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Buffalo fans have been complaining (for too long) that some of the Patriots seasons should have an asterisk. Watch Buffalo win a 6 game season championship and THEY end up with the asterisk. somewhat poetic justice in that. -
Perfectly acceptable to remove the National Anthem before Sporting Events. Keep up the Statement Protest and lose these non-related sport events before the sporting events.

? I needed to look up some stats before blazing Alex Smith into Franchise Territory. But I think he fits. 50-26 Win/Loss Record 4 out of 5 Seasons in KC with Playoff Appearances Several Pro Bowls He was definitely KCs “Franchise” QB. As for Mahomes...he’s already a HOF QB.

Josh Allen and the Check Down Pass

“Allen particularly refuses to give up on plays.“ He will learn. One way or the other. They all do. Those who stick around that is. -
Goodell Admits NFL Was Wrong Not to Listen

Based on the last 2 weeks...I don't see networks turning their cameras away anymore. -
Goodell Admits NFL Was Wrong Not to Listen
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to K-9's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Cynical response would be, ‘Players are allowed to kneel during anthem’, but with no fans in stadium who will see it? thats when it will fall on NBC, CBS, FOX and ESPN to show the players kneeling. EVERY WEEK. -

Notice when they make the announcement ? Friday Night. The weekly dumping ground for when companies don’t think/want the majority of people are watching/hearing the news. those folks in the New York offices are clever. but at least it was finally said -
Bills Game by Game Prediction (CBS)
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to cage's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If I was going to gloat about being right...there was the past 20 years of opportunities. Lol. But no. Gloating over Record Predictions...no way. It's just a fun guessing/predicting game. -

Bills Game by Game Prediction (CBS)
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to cage's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thank you for posting this. When I did my knee jerk initial prediction on the season I too had the 4 game losing streak at the end. Which was met with many “fun” reactions i haven’t seen anyone else agree with that until this CBS post. -
NY SPORTS TEAMS CAN PRACTICE AGAIN
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to MILFHUNTER#518's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
With the regular flu...Player X takes the fluid injections, plays with flu like symptoms and it goes down as a legend for playing with flu like symptoms. Now...they are benched for multiple weeks. this is why you can’t take this too seriously (the sport). Possibly invest 14 weeks into your favorite team and then in the final three weeks of the season starting quarterback is benched do to Asymptomatic results -
Teams can Begin to Reopen Facilities
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to TroutDog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
the real “Fun” won’t begin until a team purposely hides the fact that their Star Player, who is asymptomatic, tests positive. but since the game is soooo important, they play him anyway. that will make for a entertaining “Coronagate” -
Ed Oliver Arrested DWI
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to dezertbill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The opportunities were there in those 17 years. Wasn’t process or culture...just needed to make 2-3 plays in a handful of games. -

Any good leader? Or any winning leader? -
Ed Oliver Arrested DWI
RalphWilson'sNewWar replied to dezertbill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No. Process is just a made up word that a human created to give the illusion to control the uncontrollable. What got Buffalo into the playoffs is the same stuff all other 31 teams do on a daily basis. Bounces and breaks eventually come your way. -

Well...on the bright side...we can all finally move beyond the mythologizing of the “magic” inside “the process” of OBD. They’re all just dudes...doing their thing...living life...making good decisions and bad. whether they play for Dallas...New England or Buffalo. -
No...most of my family lives right outside LA and San Fran. So been to both multiple times but true I’ve never lived there. But we are getting away from the topic. I think Jared Goff having to play cross the country in front of 70,000 screaming bills fans when he’s never played in that stadium before is going to be a tougher challenge than his annual trip to San Francisco which in some ways he’s become a custom to.
