    Buteyko breathing system, over last four years have reduced asthmatic attacks and increased lung capacity in return. by breathing only through the nose I haven’t had a snotty clogging in years, eventually move it to sleeping with great improvements.

    I tape my mouth shut with 3M micropore to sleep, breathe only through my nose. Cut down on snoring and waking up at night, much better for dental care as my mouth isn't totally dried out on waking.
