you can't even imagine what some meetings look like when we are called in by lawyers we expect they aren't too advanced on the um...... more complex matters of accounting. often the receivership/corporate recovery lawyers are very well into it and know the file a lot better than i would expect fortunately accountants have a special language (like every guild and trade) and can make outsiders cower with a few jargon sentences. ------------------------- as for making law, Roe v. Wade was completely invented and made law by the SC and we still are arguing every single jot and tittle of this outrageous decision (before one bothers to put MORAL concerns into it) quite an accomplishment!!! in Canada, jury nullification during the trial of the most publicity seeking abortionist has resulted in practically no law whatsoever for 35?? years, and no Parliament would dare resurrect the issue. -

what's wrong with me and my 500 mults doing this? -
i believe there is a consideration amount of back-and-forth corporate and political espionage between China and the US, which is to be expected. the other side always seems to more dastardly.... the US is the only country in history where a high % of its own leaders and people and media knee-jerk blame their own country freely and publicly

the effect of a dance routine in the EZ is captured by at most 5% of the stadium but TV makes it look like a big deal -
I try to tape and watch the semis and finals if they are going to be competitive as a somewhat fan it's hard to devote up to 5 hours for a match frustratingly, the man who is ahead in sets often tanks an entire set to rest up, so that's 40 minutes i can fast forward through Djokovic tanked the 2nd and 4th sets, basically, against Federer at Wimbledon 2019, good strategy 1970s was the best for personalities and extreme rivalries.

we were planning to go for another DC/Philly/O's trip but the fans in Baltimore were held hostage inside the stadium for an hour in the 8th inning of a game as rioting in the streets forced the shut down of all exits. good thing it went to extra innings

Uncle's 1968 Vinyl copy, starting when i was 3 in 1969 to around 1974 when he got married and moved away. Roughly 3 vinyl copies of my own, including Capitol purple label (a federal crime) and an old Apple printing. All CD versions, 2 reprints adding nothing at all 1998 and 2009?? Mono versions on vinyl and CD when found, all pressings were better on mono (for nuts only... ) UNTIL.... the 2018 remastering, which has cheated a bit and enhanced with new tech , the best hands down even on my iPod and laptop listening, haven't tried the other formats with the 2018, i'm simple at heart with a decent amp and old AKG 701s... Listened to the CDs on a laptop which made it more treble and brought a few more things forward. not sophisticated enough to tell compression diffs, or vinyl being more warm the best is the 2018 remastering... George won early on with ATMP, which (to me) had more quality than the rest of John and Paul's solo output combined. he also rescued Abbey Road with two great songs that he could have saved for ATMP

it's fun when someone attacks Steve and i just sit there and read and see how it turns out... another great forum for me is the fountainpennetwork, where i get to read arguments about MontBlanc pens and other valuable doodads among the experts. admiration society here during a break from the rat race....

even the panned Birthday!!! side 3, some critics have called it the only time The Beatles were "really cool..." a few friends have asked after side 3, who that was, and i tell them and they say "I never knew they went that heavy and together..." hmmmm... amen

---------------------- and what fan wouldn't have wanted to continue with those tight jams of I'm So Tired and other Sexy Sadie and other throwaway masterpieces all over the White Album with all of them giving it 100%. Ringo and Paul holding it together as it threatens to go off the side of the mountain.

choke normal handle I don't like the way this is drifting, where's the exit sign.... stage left....

------------------------------------------ and the oldie i've thought about a few times.... George's Yellow Submarine contributions of It's All Too Much and Only A Northern Song were already close to finished during the Sgt Pepper's sessions, but were shelved so Paul could give us the ghastly Rita and When I'm 64 Would have preferred IATM instead of one of them. both were well ahead of the day they were composed, they were old hat by the release of YS... he wrote IATM as an LSD tribute, then said he gave it up and IATM was a tribute to TM, got the same benefits from both, I won't even begin to question that.....

all so childish, they have nothing else to do but KNOW what is in people's minds and hearts and they haven't even met them or interacted at all such a foolish waste of time, they should tend to their real lives instead
