I’d say the only chance for a moral victory is if Allen was playing and he threw for 280+ with 3 passing TDs and we lose 35-21. Other than that imo a loss is a loss, and I hate losing. I’d slam my grandma through a table if it meant the bills would beat the New England Brady’s.

My confidence in them is very low. I won’t get into everything, but they hired an OC that his only success at this level was as a TE coach, their QB coach never coached the position, they weren’t willing to pay a Vet QB to come in to tutor our 1st round QB, and also thought Nathan Preseason was able to play at this level with any sort of competence.
Just wait until they sign Devin Funchess to huge money because no tier 1 WRs would sign here if there was any available in the 2019 FA class, and they’ll need to something at the position. My head hurts ??♂️

McBeane is screwed if Allen doesn’t pan out, and more than likely if Allen is good it would be inspite of McBeane. They have the philosophy that you need to be ground & pound because you play 3-4 games a year in cold weather, and there is no way you can pass the ball in cold weather with wind. Hence why we ended up with Allen over Rosen because he has the arm to pass in the weather in WNY. I’m usually one to look on the positive side of things when it comes to the bills, but I think more and more McBeane will end up like the rest due to their own stubbornness.

When I heard this I wanted to throw my laptop against the wall. He does realize it gets cold and windy in other cities like New England, KC, Chicago, Green Bay, Philly, & etc. They seem to be fine when it comes to passing the ball. As another poster stated, he needs to watch some 90s bills and realize you don’t need to be ground and pound. Because with that philosophy he might as well start packing his house, and update his resume in the next few years.

I feel like the callers that call into WGR are just some of the brightest, and most innovated minds out there.
But, in all seriousness there is a certain type that calls into a radio show, and it’s closer to a bag full of cats crazy than it is nornal.

Yup, like a previous poster stated unless something stupid happens they should be in the playoff. I’m still impressed they beat Stanford, and VaTech in back to back weeks, and the fashion they did it in. The QB switch has taken this team to another level.

This is just inexcusable. Its one thing to teach him after the play and on film. Its another thing to help him diagnose and make the right decisions on the field so he can see and feel what it looks like to do that in real time.
This is just bad coaching. He needs help, you have the ability to help him and you choose not to. Why? What justification could he possibly have for not doing this? Why aren't the Buffalo media all over McDermott and Daboll for not doing this with Allen? He needs it badly. He looks lost whenever they blitz and doesnt read it.

Yes.
I loved what Shady has done here to the point where he was named a Captain. Who would have thought that would happen when he first got traded here and there was noise that he didn’t want to come.
I wanted them to draft a young RB in the past few drafts to be our 2, but that hasn’t happened. Maybe, this year they’ll grab one in the 3rd or 4th.
